Clinical Study And Safety Evaluation Of Hemorrhagic Therapy In The Treatment Of Blood Sheila-sheng Diabetes Mellitus

Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of bloodletting therapy for the treatment of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,islet function,and the main clinical symptoms of blood Sheila-sheng diabetes in bloodslaughter-type diabetes,laying the foundation for future clinical and scientific research.Methods: Sixty blood Sheila-sheng diabetes who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group:metformin tablets+Safflower-13-ingredient pill,three-seed decoction;treatment group: metformin tablets+safflower-13-ingredient pill,three-seed decoction+bloodletting therapy,1 week,2 weeks later respectively do two bloodletting therapy,the treatment lasted for 3 weeks.The curative efficacy of the two groups of patients with blood Sheila-sheng diabetes compared and the safety was evaluated.Results:(1)There was a significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between glycosylated hemoglobin,islet function and body weight after the second week(P > 0.05).(2)There was a significant difference in the scores of the main symptoms of blood pressure,blood lipids and blood Sheila-sheng diabetes after treatment(P<0.05).(3)The safety evaluation index of the treatment group was normal after treatment,and no safety problems occurred.Conclusions:(1)Mongolian medicine bloodletting therapy has a effect on blood glucose in the first week of blood-thirsty diabetes,but it has no effect on blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,islet function and body weight after the second week.(2)Mongolian medicine bloodletting therapy has the effect of lowering blood fat and lowering blood pressure,the main clinical symptoms of blood-salt-type diabetes are more effective in relieving thirst,fatigue,eating more easily,being hungry,sweating,fever and constipation.(3)Mongolian medical bloodletting therapy has an auxiliary effect on the overall efficacy of blood Sheila-sheng diabetes,and it can ensure safety in strict accordance with the operating rules.
