Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura With Zikunhuaban Granule

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zikunhuaban granule in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura mixed(blood-heat delusional syndrome),and to provide a new way of thinking and method for the treatment of allergic purpura mixed disease(blood-heat delusional syndrome).Methods: the patients who were treated in Paediatrics Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hebei Province Hospital from September 2016 to July 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the observation group was treated with Zikunhuaban granule on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical results were observed and followed up for half a year.After treatment,the effective rate,symptom score,residual area of skin lesion,time of pain recovery,C-RP and D-Dimer were compared between the two groups.The days of urinary protein conversion to negative,the time of recovery and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups by follow-up.During the whole test process,the safety evaluation is carried out at any time.Collect data to create a table,using statistical methods for testing.P<0.05 show the difference being statistically significant.Results:1.There were 35 cases in the observation group,1 case of loss and 34 cases of reality in the observation group,and 33 cases in the control group,and no loss was found in the control group.There was no difference in sex and age between the two groups.HSP symptom score comparison,no difference.2.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The observation group is superior to the control group in the aspect of lowering the score of TCM syndrome(P<0.05).4.Main symptoms: the residual area of skin lesion was(2.94±6.74)% in the observation group and(7.30 ±8.76)% in the control group,and the days of pain recovery were(8.32±3.47)days in the observation group and(10.06±3.40)days in the control group.The two indexes were better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).5.Laboratory indexes: C-reactive protein and D-dimer,compared with each other before and after treatment,have significance.There was no difference in each index between groups.6.Follow-up index: there was no significant difference between the observation group and the treatment group in urine protein conversion time(P>0.05).While the recovery time in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.There was no difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Zikunhuaban granule combined with modern medicine has a good clinical effect in treating Henoch-Schonlein purpura mixed(blood-heat delusional syndrome).
