The Clinical Study Of “BaDuanJin” Combined With Huoxue Huayu Recipe And LNG-IUS In The Treatment Of Adenomyotic Dysmenorrhea

Objective: On the basis of the treatment of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,the therapeutic effects of “BaDuanJin” combined with Huoxue Huoyu Recipe and LNG-IUS in the treatment of adenomytic dysmenorrhea patients were observed,so as to verify the clinical efficacy of “BaDuanJin” on dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis patients,providing a basis for further clinical research and promotion of this therapy.Methods:In this study,patients with adenomyosis who visited Hebei hospital of traditional Chinese medicine complained of dysmenorrhea from January 2017 to June 2018.Patients were randomly assigned to groups A,B,and C according to the order of patient visits.A total of 106 patients were included in the clinical study,including 33 cases in group A,38 cases in group B and 35 cases in group C.Group A was given to Mirena;Group B was treated with Mirena and Huoxue Recipe;Group C was supplemented with “Ba Duan Jin” on the basis of Mirena and Huoxue Huayu Recipe.All three groups took 3 menstrual cycles as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the patient's dysmenorrhea score,CA-125 and uterine volume were measured when menstruation is clean.The SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to analyze and process the collected data.Results:Before treatmentThere was no significant difference in age,duration,gravidity,parity,dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score,CA-125 and uterine volume among the three group(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatmentDysmenorrhea symptom score: The scores of the three groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05);There were statistical differences among the three groups after treatment,and group C was superior to group A and group B(P<0.05).VAS score: The scores of the three groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05);There were statistical differences among the three groups after treatment,and group C was superior to group A and group B(P<0.05).CA-125: The scores of the three groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05);There were statistical differences among the three groups after treatment,and group C was superior to group A and group B(P<0.05).Uterine volume: After treatment,Uterine volume of group A was slightly lower than that before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.Uterine volume of group B and C were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference among the three groups after treatment(P>0.05).Dysmenorrhea VAS improved efficacy: In group A,0 cases were cured,3 cases showed significant effect,12 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 45.45%;In group B,0 cases were cured,16 cases showed significant effect,12 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 73.68%;In group C,5 cases were cured,29 cases showed significant effect,0 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 97.14%;Comparison of efficacy of the three groups showed statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The main pathogenesis of adenomyotic dysmenorrhea is blood stasis to block chong ren and cytopharynx.“Impassability” is the main pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea,and “romoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis” is the major treatment.2.Huoxue Huayu Recipe can reduce dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score and CA-125 level,and is ineffective in improving uterine volume in a short time.3.“BaDuanJin”can reduce dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score and CA-125 level,and is ineffective in improving uterine volume in a short time.4.“BaDuanJin” combined with Huoxue Huayu Recipe and LNG-IUS can effectively relieve adenomyotic dysmenorrhea,which has clinical promotion value.
