Objective:This study mainly discusses the main pathogenic bacteria, influencing factors and correlation analysis of blood flow infection of hemodialysis catheter in some areas of Hengyang, and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of catheter infection. Methods:Basic data and laboratory data of patients undergoing hemodialysis with catheter were collected from January 2013 to December 2018.To list the influencing factors of blood stream infection related to hemodialysis catheter.SPSS 21.0statistical software package was used for analysis.Results:1.353 cases of patients,Most of the registered permanent residence of patients in Hengyang area, regional distribution:Hengnan county 109 cases(30.9%),Hengyang city 71 cases(20.1%),Leiyang 64 cases(18.1%),Hengyang county 58 cases(16.4%),Hengdong county 27 cases(7.6%),Changning 4 cases(1.1%),Hengshan county 4 cases(1.1%),Qidong county 4 cases(1.1%),other counties 12 cases(3.4%).Gender distribution:185 cases(52.4%)were males,168 cases(47.6%)were females, the ratio between male and female is 1.1:1.They ranged in age from 15 to 82 years old,the average age is(55.64±12.69)years old.The top five primary disease were: Chronic nephritis 111 cases(31.4%),Diabetic nephropathy 72 cases(20.4%),Obstructive nephropathy 49 cases(13.9%),Hypertensive renal damage 39 cases(11%),drug/poison poisoning 34 cases(9.6%).2.Among the 353 patients,55(15.6%)were in the infection group and 298(84.4%)were in the control group. The infection rate of catheter-related bloodstream infection in hemodialysis patients was 15.6%(55/353).55 cases of pathogenic bacteria were detected in peripheral blood cultures: 39 cases of gram-positive bacteria, accounting for70.9%(39/55);15 cases of gram-negative bacteria, accounting for 27.3%(15/55);1 case was fungal, accounting for 1.8%(1/55).Patients in the infection group paid fees: 41 cases(74.5%)of rural cooperative medical;14 cases(25.5%)of Urban medical insurance.3.Single factor chi-square test: gender, body mass index, hemoglobin, white blood cell count, serum iron, triglyceride, total cholesterol, catheter indwelling site, all these were not statistically significant with catheter-related bloodstream infection.Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis: age(?60 years old),serum albumin<30g/L,primary pat hogenesis onset of diabetic nephropathy, catheter retention time ? 30 days, catheter type, and the way of payment is rural cooperative medical care, all these were risk factors for catheter bloodstream infection in hemodialysis patients.Conclusion:1.The pathogens of hemodialysis catheter-related bloodstream infection in some areas of Hengyang :gram-positive bacteria(70.9%)and gram-negative bacteria(27.3%).Infetion rate is 16.5%.2.Age(?60 years old),serum albumin value < 30g/L,the primary disease is diabetic nephropathy, catheter retentiontime ?30 days, catheter type, the way of payment is rural cooperative medical, all these are the risk factors of hemodialysis catheter-related bloodstream infection in Hengyang area.According to these relevant risk factors, the timely adoption of prevention and treatment strategies is conducive to the health of patients and save medical expenditure.
