ObjectiveTo study some factors affecting the prognosis of patients treated with interventional therapy for anterior circulation rupture aneurysms, and provide reference for future evaluation of treatment risk and possible prognosis, and offer theoretical basis to improve prognosis and formulating treatment strategy.MethodRetrospectively analyzed clinical data of 96 cases treated with interventional therapy(including simple coil embolization, double micro-catheter technique and stent assisted coil embolization)for anterior circulation rupture aneurysms between January 1,2013 and December 31,2017 at Neurology Department,XiangDong Hospital.According to the follow-up mRS score of 6 months to 1 year after therapy,96 patients were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group.7 factors including gender, age, hypertension history, width of aneurysm neck, size of aneurysm,Hunt-Hess grade, and ways of Interventional treatment were statistically analyzed between two groups. And the influence of those factors on the prognosis was analyzed by Pearson chi-square test or corrected chi-square test or Fisher exact probability method as univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis as multivariate analysis.Result1.The results of univariate analysis showed that the size of aneurysm and ways of Interventional treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05)in the two different prognosis groups. There were no statistically significant(P>0.05)between two different prognosis groups in gender, age, history of hypertension, width of aneurysm neck, and Hunt-Hess grade.2.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that size of aneurysm and ways of Interventional treatment were factors influencing the short-term outcome of the patients. The large aneurysm(10-25 mm)and stent-assisted coil embolization are independent risk factor of prognosis. The poor outcome ratio of patients who treat by stent-assisted coil embolization was 4.172 times to who treat by non-stent assisted coil embolization. The poor prognosis rate of patients with the small aneurysm(? 5 mm)and the medium-sized aneurysm(5-10 mm)were respectively 0.035 times and 0.039 times that of patients with the large aneurysm(10-25 mm).Conclusion1.The stent-assisted coil embolization and the large aneurysm(10-25 mm)are independent risk factors influencing the prognosis of patients with intracranial anterior circulation ruptured aneurysms after interventional treatment.2.Gender,age,hypertension history, width of aneurysm neck, and Hunt-Hess grade are not independent risk factors for the prognosis.
