Objective: To investigate doctors' awareness of chronic kidney disease in urban community hospitals of Changsha city?Methods:The survey was conducted by visiting community hospitals in the urban area of Changsha,and the community hospital doctors assisted in completing the questionnaire to obtain data.The urban area of Changsha City is currently divided into six jurisdictions: Yuhua,Wangcheng,Furong,Kaifu,Tianxin and Yuelu.Using random sampling method,the first six districts were selected as Furong,Kaifu,Tianxin,Yuelu and Yuhua,and 58 community health service centers and their subordinate communities were randomly selected from 5 districts.A total of 640 doctors were stationed at the health service station,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on the selected population.Results:1.General situation: A total of 640 doctors were selected in this survey,and 640 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective recovery rate was 100%.There were 196 males and 444 females.Title:468 doctors,142 attending doctors,25 deputy chief physicians,5 chief physicians;academic composition: 262 undergraduate,372 undergraduate,6 postgraduate,0 doctoral;working years under 1 year There were 91 cases,253 cases in 1-5 years,167 cases in 5-10 years,and 129 cases in 10 years or more.2.Scores: The overall pass rate was 12.03%.The differences in gender,profssional title,academic qualifications,working years,and training experience on CKD-related knowledge were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Overall knowledge of CKD-related knowledge: The overall awareness rate was 37.11%,the overall awareness rate of CKD basic knowledge was 44.23%,and the overall awareness rate of CKD management knowledge was 31.99%.The overall male awareness rate was 40.52%;the overall female awareness rate was 33.12%.There was a statistically significant difference between men and women in staging,early screening,early symptoms,drug use and alternative treatment criteria(P<0.05).The overall awareness rate of physicians was 31.83%;the overall awareness rate of attending physicians was 43.41%;the overall awareness rate of deputy chief physicians was 48.57%;the overall awareness rate of chief physicians was 63.33%,and the titles of different cadres were screened and screened for CKD.The differences in knowledge of complications,blood pressure control,proteinuria control,drug application,replacement therapy,and referral criteria were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall awareness rate of undergraduate students is 31.32%;the overall awareness rate of undergraduate and above is 41.12%,and the academic qualifications are different in the definition,etiology,staging,screening,early symptoms,progress evaluation,complications,blood pressure control,proteinuria control,The difference in the knowledge of drug use was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The working years are divided into 5 years and less and 5 years or more.The overall awareness rate is 36.47% under the working period of 5 years.The overall awareness rate is 38.32% over the past 5 years.The working years are different in blood pressure control and proteinuria for CKD.The difference in control and control of diet control was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall awareness rate of relevant training experience was 38.73%,and the overall awareness rate without relevant training experience was 36.05%.The working years were different.The difference in the knowledge of CKD staging,complications,blood pressure control,and referral criteria was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The awareness of CKD related knowledge among doctors in community hospitals in Changsha City,Hunan Province is low.2.Different genders,different professional titles,different academic qualifications,different working years and the presence or absence of training experience have an impact on the awareness rate of CKD.
