Objectives To explore the influence of personality type D on the quality of life, survival rate and molecular typing of breast cancer patients. Methods Select our hospital 224 cases of breast cancer patients as the research object, the application of questionnaire investigation,in selected patients choose 14 type D personality scale(DS14)features related to the type D personality measurement, divided the patients into merger groups(with type D personality)and unincorporated group(not with type D personality).1 The age, marital status, clinical stage, educational level, physical status and postoperative complications of the patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed by general situation questionnaire.2 According to the molecular typing and classification criteria of immunohistochemistry, breast cancer patients were divided into five types: Luminal A,Luminal B1,Luminal B2,HER2 overexpression type and tri-negative type. The number and composition ratio of each type of patients in the two groups were counted, and the difference in the molecular typing composition ratio of breast cancer patients in the two groups was compared.3 Qlq-c30 was used to evaluate the quality of life of cancer patients, and the quality of life of the two groups was compared, and the correlation between type D personality and quality of life was analyzed.4 The 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rates of the selected patients were analyzed, and the overall survival rates and survival rates of each molecular type of the two groups were compared.Effective data were statistically analyzed using SPSS23.0 software. Results Among the 224 breast cancer patients selected,44 had type D personality, with an incidence of 19.64%.1 In terms of general living conditions, there was no significant difference in the data of each indicator between the two groups(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable, which could be further studied.2 The proportions of various molecular typing in the combined group were: Luminal A patients(29.5%),Luminal B1 patients(18.2%),Luminal B2 patients(31.8%),HER2 overexpression patients(11.4%)and tri-negative patients(9.1%).The compositions of various molecular types in the unincorporated group were Luminal A type patients(32.2%),Luminal B1 type patients(15.6%),Luminal B2 type patients(14.4%),HER2 overexpression type patients(27.2%)and trinegative type patients(10.6%).The molecular composition ratio of breast cancer patients in the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Luminal B2 was significantly higher in the combined group than in the uncombined group, while HER2 overexpression was significantly lower than in the uncombined group(P<0.005).3 There was no significant difference in functional index and symptom index between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).Six months after the operation, the functional and symptom indexes of the patients in the combined group were not significantly improved compared with those before the operation(P>0.05).Functional indexes of patients in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the uncombined group 6 months after surgery, and symptom indexes were significantly higher than those in the uncombined group, with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).4 The type D personality and quality of life of correlation analysis showed that the selected patients' fatigue, insomnia, loss of appetite, economic difficulties and NA obvious positive correlation(P<0.05),the function indexes(physical function, role function and cognitive function and emotional function)and total health and NA obvious negative correlation(P <0.05);Fatigue,pain,insomnia,loss of appetite and financial difficulties were positively correlated with SI(P<0.05),and functional indicators(role function, cognitive function, emotional function, social function)and overall health status were negatively correlated with SI(P<0.05).5 There was no difference in the 1-year and 3-year survival rates between the two groups(P>0.05),but the 5-year survival rate of patients with type D personality was significantly lower than that of patients without type D personality(P< 0.05).Conclusions 1 The molecular typing composition of breast cancer patients in the two groups was significantly different,Luminal B2 was significantly higher in the combined group than in the uncombined group, while HER2 overexpression was significantly lower in the uncombined group.2 The postoperative quality of life of breast cancer patients in the two groups was significantly different. The functional indexes of patients in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the uncombined group, and the symptom indexes were significantly higher than those in the uncombined group.3 There is a significant correlation between type D personality and quality of life.4 The postoperative survival rate of breast cancer patients in the two groups was significantly different, and the 5-year survival rate of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the noncombined group.Figure6;Table7;Reference 153...
