Objectives Based on the syndrome type of TCM,the relationship between TCM syndrome types and age,BMI,blood pressure, blood glucose and echocardiography of 222 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease in Baoding area was studied. Methods Case data of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease between September 2016 and December 2017 in Baoding First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected by retrospective study.According to the data, all the selected cases were divided into six syndromes: qi and yin deficiency, phlegm block, heart qi dysfunction, yin and yang deficiency, heart and kidney yang deficiency, water and gas sensation according to the "diabetes combined with heart disease diagnosis and treatment standards".At the same time, the age of the selected patients,DM course,BMI,blood pressure,PR interval,EF,CK-MB,SCr,serum urea nitrogen, saccharification, blood glucose, echocardiography and other clinical examination indicators were collected. The disordered multi-class logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between TCM syndromes and clinical examination indicators in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. Results 1.222 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease, the proportion of 65 people with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome was 29.3%,the proportion of heart disease and phlegm stasis syndrome was 22.1%,and the proportion of turbidity block was44.%,heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome accounted for 14.4%,yin and yang deficiency syndrome 15 people accounted for 6.8%,water and gas symmetry certificate 6people accounted for 2.7%;false syndrome 123 people accounted for 55.4%,The proportion of 93 people in the empirical group was 41.9%,and that of the virtual and real mixed cards was 41.9%.2.Gender distribution among the syndrome types: 32 males and 33 females in the qi-yin deficiency type;21 males and 23 females in the turbid retardation type;12 males and 12 females in the heart-breaking type 37 people;18 males and 25 females in the heart and kidney yang deficiency type;7 males and 8 females in the yin and yang deficiency types. The chi-square test was used for the male to female ratio,?2=8.298,P=0.081,P>0.05,and no statistically significant difference was observed.Age distribution among the syndrome types: the rank sum test was performed,Z=62.947,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Patients with qi and yin deficiency syndrome and yin and yang deficiency syndrome were concentrated in 66-79 years old.Patients with phlegm obstruction syndrome and heart qi stagnation syndrome were concentrated in 50-65 years old.The deficiency syndrome group was older than the empirical group, and the age was<50.Older patients have fewer distributions of all syndromes.A rank sum test was performed on the BMI distribution of each syndrome type,Z=108.507,P<0.05 was statistically significant. The BMI of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease was concentrated at 24-27 kg/m2,and the turbidity block syndrome was higher than other syndrome types. The rank sum test was performed on the time distribution of each syndrome type DM,Z=16.852,P<0.05 was statistically significant. The course of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease was more concentrated in 5-15 years, and the syndrome of heart and kidney yang deficiency was statistically significant compared with other syndrome types.3.with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome as a reference category,TCM specific syndrome type disordermulti-class Logistic regression analysis results: 1)turbidity block syndrome regression model included in the independent variables meaningful indicators are BMI,BMI greater than 27 The risk of turbidity block in patients was 250 times(1/0.004)for patients with BMI equal to 24-27(OR=0.004,P=0.000).2)The independent variables included in the regression model of the cardio-resin syndrome were meaningful. There was a PR interval between the indicators.Patients with a PR interval greater than 0.2 were 100 times more likely to have a cardiopulmonary stenosis syndrome than patients with a PR interval equal to 0.12-0.2(OR=0.01,P=0.002).3)The meaningful indicators among the independent variables included in the regression model of yin and yang deficiency syndrome are age and SCr.The risk of yin and yang deficiency syndrome in patients aged 80-90 years was12.5 times that of patients aged 50-65 years(OR=0.08,P=0.047).The serum creatinine value is greater than 106 in men,and the risk of yin and yang deficiency syndrome in women greater than 91 is 100 times that of men with less than 53 women(OR = 0.01,P =0.041).4)The meaningful index among the independent variables included in the regression model of heart-yang deficiency syndrome is SCr.The serum creatinine value was greater than 106 in men,and the risk of yin and yang deficiency syndrome in women greater than 91 was 52.63 times that of men with serum creatinine values less than 53 females less than 44(OR=0.019,P=0.043).4.In the virtual evidence type, the virtual syndrome is used as the reference category. The results of disordered multi-class logistic regression analysis:The meaningful indicators included in the independent regression model include P-R interval and BMI.Patients with a P-R interval greater than 0.2 were17.24 times more likely to have a P-R interval than 0.12-0.2(OR = 0.058,P = 0.002).Patients with a BMI greater than 27 were 55.55 times more likely to have a stagnation block with a BMI less than 24 and a BMI equal to 24-27(OR = 0.018,P = 0.000).Conclusions 1.The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease is not balanced. There are 6 specific syndrome types of TCM.The syndromes of Qi and Yin deficiency and cardiopulmonary syndrome are the two most common syndrome types.According to the virtual reality: the virtual certificate is the most common.2.Type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease patients with TCM syndrome type and BMI,P-R interval, age, serum creatinine and other clinical indicators have a certain correlation.Compared with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome: turbidity block syndrome and BMI have correlation,BMI is greater than 27,that is,obese people are biased towards phlegm block syndrome;heart stagnation syndrome and PR interval are correlated,PR interval The prolongation of more than 0.2 is biased towards heart-break syndrome;the yin-yang deficiency syndrome is related to age and serum creatinine. The age of 80-90 years old is biased towards yin and yang deficiency syndrome, and the increase of serum creatinine is greater than 106 for women.91 are partial to yin and yang deficiency syndrome;heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome and serum creatinine are also related, and elevated serum creatinine is biased towards yin and yang deficiency syndrome.3.Type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease patients with virtual evidence type and BMI,PR interval and other clinical indicators have a certain correlation, empirical and virtual evidence for comparison,BMI greater than 27 obese,PR interval extension greater than 0.2 biased Empirical.Figure1;Table21;Reference 77...
