Objectives To explore the effect of intervention based on IMB model on acute stress disorder of stroke patients, and to provide theoretical basis and effective method for relieving acute stress disorder of stroke patients. Methods From November 2017 to October 2018,stroke patients hospitalized in the Department of Neurology, affiliated Hospital of North China University of Technology were selected as the subjects, and the subjects who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were divided into two groups by random digital table. The numbers in the table were randomly selected, and then a certain direction was selected. Each patient obtained a number sequencely.when the random number was odd,the subjects were selected into the intervention group, and when the random numbers were even, the subjects entered the control group. After the patient was admitted to hospital, the control group was given routine health education and nursing,on the basis of which the intervention group carried out three stages based on IMB model.(information intervention, motivation intervention, behavioral technical intervention)intervention,a total of 2 weeks. Before and after intervention, the patients in the two groups were evaluated with Stanford Acute stress response questionnaire, activity of Daily living rating scale,Family Care Index questionnaire and Hospital anxiety and Depression scale. Results 1 In this study,180 patients with stroke,90 patients in intervention group and 90 patients in control group were included in the study.2 Baseline data of two groups before intervention were compared. There was no significant difference between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).3 Comparison of acute stress disorder score between the two groups after intervention: total score and separation symptoms of acute stress disorder in intervention group,re-experience of traumatic events, avoidance of trauma stimulation, irritating symptoms, and so on.The score of social function impairment dimension was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Intra-group comparison before and after intervention: the total score and the difference of each dimension of acute stress disorder in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group.after intervention, the scores of activities of daily living in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).4 The scores of activities of daily living in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of activities of daily living in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).5 After intervention, the total score of family function and family fitness, maturity and emotion were compared between the two groups. The scores of affinity density were higher than those before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant After intervention, the total score of family function and the difference of each dimension in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 Comparison of the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups after intervention: the scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Intervention based on IMB model can effectively relieve acute stressdisorder of stroke patients.2 Intervention based on IMB model can improve activities of daily living and family function of stroke patients.Effectively improve their anxiety,depression.Figure0;Table11;Reference 115...
