Objectives To explore the influencing factors of Acute Stress Disorder after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical early screening and nursing intervention. Methods 1 From Oct 2017 to Oct 2018,patients whose be the first time after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting in Tangshan Gongren Hospital were recruited for the study. On the second day after the examination of the indicators stabilized and the patients were transferred out of the Cardiac surgery unit, the uniformed investigators were assessed using the Stanford Acute Stress Response Questionnaire,126 patients with Acute Stress Disorder after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting were selected as the case group, and 252 patients without Acute Stress Disorder after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting were selected as the control group.Their general information were collected,Social Support Rating Scale,Family Support Scale,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were used to evaluate the patients in the two groups. The differences between the two groups in surgical conditions, diseaserelated conditions, social support, family support, mental resilience, coping styles and quality of sleep were compared.2 SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Descriptive analysis was conducted on general demographic characteristics,chi-square test was used in univariate analysis, and binary Logistic regression analysis was conducted on factors with significance in univariate analysis,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results 1 Univariate analysis of Acute Stress Disorder after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting results showed that gender, age, level of education, marital status, place of residence, character, bypass count, anesthesia time, operation time, postoperative complications, postoperative care unit time, postoperative indwelling breathing machine time, whether on the tension of the operation, preoperative frequent angina, preoperative left entricular ejection fraction is normal, whether for the first time in coronary heart disease symptoms, preoperative presence of myocardial infarction, family income, the reimbursement way, family support, the degree of social support, mental flexibility level, sleep quality, coping styles and the occurrence of acute stress disorder in patients withcoronary artery bypass surgery, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of Acute Stress Disorder after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting. The results showed that age, personality, postoperative complications, operative tension, preoperative frequency of angina pectoris, preoperative myocardial infarction, family support, coping style and sleep quality were the influencing factors of Acute Stress Disorder in patients after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting.Among them, patients no postoperative complications,no frequent angina pectoris preoperatively,no myocardial infarction preoperatively and high degree of family support are protective factors for the occurrence of Acute Stress Disorder after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting.Age less than 66,introversion,intraoperative/severe stress, negative coping style and poor sleep quality are risk factors for Acute Stress Disorder after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting. Conclusions After Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting in patients with Acute Stress Disorder associated with age, personality, whether on the tension of the operation, preoperative frequent angina pectoris, preoperative presence of myocardial infarction, the degree of postoperative complications, family support, coping styles and sleep quality, including the patients no complications after operation, preoperative not frequent angina pectoris, preoperative without myocardial infarction, high degree of family support is the protection of Acute Stress Disorder in patients after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting;Age less than 66,introversion,intraoperative/severe stress, negative coping style and poor sleep quality are risk factors for Acute Stress Disorder after Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting.Figure1;Table9;Reference 148...
