Objective:Coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG)is an effective surgical treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD),which can obviously improve cardiac function. But the recovery of cardiac function in patients with CABG are different for the patients'general situation and the severity of disease. This research retrospectively analyzed the influencing factors of cardiac function recovery after CABG,which is helpful to the treatment and prognosis of CHD.Methods:A total of 23 cases who were admitted to 1~stt affiliated hospital of China Medical University between January 2015 and December 2017 and underwent coronary artery bypass grafting were selected in this study, who underwent DSCT-CTA before and after the surgery.23 cases were divided to 2 groups according to the postoperative cardiac function improvement rate, the improvement rate<0 were included in the unimproved group, and the improvement rate>0 were included in the improved group. Then analyze the related factors which influence cardiac function recovery after the surgery such as ventricular wall thickening rate, the degree of coronary artery stenosis, gender, blood lipid, the history of diabetes, hypertension and smoking.Results:1.The thickness of the ventricular wall increased in different degrees after CABG,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was a significant difference in ventricular wall thickening rate between the unimproved group and the improved group(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the mild improved group, the moderate improved group and the improved group(P>0.05).2.The proporition of patients who have a history of diabetes and moderate coronary artery stenosis is higher in unimproved group;the proporition of patients whose TC?5.2or TG?2.2 is higher in umimproved group. Conclusion:After CABG,patients'myocardial systolic function were improved, and patients who had severe coronary artery stenosis were better than patients who had moderate stenosis.Ventricular wall thickening rate effected whether postoperative cardiac function would improve or not,and not effected the degree of the improvement.Patients who had a history of diabetes or TC?5.2 or TG?2.2 had a bad improvement.Effective control of blood glucose and lipids can improve the recovery rate of postoperative cardiac function,so that patients with CABG can get better results.
