Objectives To investigate the effects of heat-exposed exercise on the cardiovascular system and heat tolerance of rats,and to observe the effect of extracting hawthorn extract on the cardiovascular system and heat tolerance of rats exposed to heat,so as to prevent the special occupational population.Provides basic support for high temperature work damage and development of supplements for high temperature workers.Methods 1 A total of 60 adult SD rats(200-220g)and 60 KM mice(20-22g)were randomly divided into high temperature exercise group(HE group),normal temperature exercise control group(NEC group),and normal temperature free activity control group(NAC Group),high-temperature exercise supplemented with high-dose hawthorn extract group(HE+HHFE group),high-temperature exercise supplemented with medium-dose hawthorn extract group(HE+MHFE group),high-temperature exercise supplemented with low-dose hawthorn extract group(HE+ LHFE group)(n=10/group,6 groups of large and mouse).Among them,the high temperature exercise of rats were exposed to the environment of 36? for treadmill exercise,30 min in the morning and afternoon;the normal temperature exercise of rats were exposed to the temperature of 22 ±1?,humidity of 50-60% in the environment for treadmill exercise,morning and afternoon sports for 30 min;free movement of rats were carried out in the feeding cage with normal temperature of 22±1? and humidity of 50-60%.For mice,High-temperature exerciseof mice were to placed in water with a temperature of 43? and a depth of 20 cm,allowing them to swim to exhaustion;normal temperature exercise of mice were to placed in water at the temperature of 22?and a depth of 20 cm,allowing them to swim to exhaustion;free movement of mice were carried out in the feeding cage with normal temperature of 22 ± 1 ? and humidity of 50-60%.According to the content of flavonoids in hawthorn extract and the anthocyanin content in human body,the dosage of hawthorn extract to rats was high dose(600mg/d)and medium dose(300mg/d).At low dose(150 mg/d),the intragastric doses converted to mice were high dose(120 mg/d),medium dose(60 mg/d),and low dose(30 mg/d).Rats in each group were tested for 30 days,and blood pressure values were measured with a non-invasive blood pressure meter on days 0,10,20,and 30;On the 30 th day,blood samples were taken from each group to measure blood lipids through the abdominal main vein;the rat aorta was taken for HE staining;the liver tissue of the rats was taken to measure the expression of HSP70.Each group of mice was subjected to an experiment for 30 days.On the 31 st day,each group of mice was placed in an iron cage and placed in an environment of a temperature of 43±1? and a humidity of 50-60%,and the death time of each mouse was recorded.All measurement data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software.Results 1 In the HE group,the intima of the aorta was rough and the endothelial cells were loosely connected.The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the HE group were higher than those of the NEC group on the 10 th,20th and 30 th day after high temperature exercise(P<0.01);the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the HE group showed a trend of change with time,and the overall trend was upward(P<0.05).The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in HE group were higher than those in NEC group(P<0.05),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was low.In the NEC group(P<0.05);the TC,TG and LDL-C of NEC group were lower than those of NAC group(P<0.05),and HDL-C was higher than NAC group(P<0.05).In the HE+HHFE group and HE+MHFE group,the intima of the intima was smooth and the endothelial cells were arranged tightly.In the HE+LHFE group,the intima of the aorta was rough and the endothelial cells were loosely connected.The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of HE+HHFE group and HE+MHFE group were lower than those of HE group on the 10 th day,20 th day and 30 th day(P<0.01);the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of HE+HHFE group were lower than HE+MHFE group and HE+LHFE group on the 10 th and 20 th day of supplementation(P<0.05);the systolic blood pressure in the HE+HHFE group was lower than that in the HE+MHFE group and the HE+LHFE group(P<0.05);the HE+HHFE group had lower diastolic blood pressure than the HE+LHFE group on the 30 th day of supplementation(P<0.05).The contents of TC,TG and LDL-C in the HE+HHFE group were lower than those in the HE group,and the HDL-C content was higher than that in the HE group(P<0.05);the TG content in the HE+MHFE group was lower than that in the HE group,and the HDL-C was higher than that in the HE group(P<0.05);the TG content in the HE+LHFE group was lower than that in the HE group,and the HDL-C levels were higher than those in the HE group(P<0.05).2 The expression of HSP70 in liver tissue of HE group was higher than that in NEC group(P<0.05).The expression of HSP70 in liver tissue of NEC group was higher than that in NAC group(P<0.05).The high temperature lethal time of HE group was longer than that of NEC group(P<0.05).The high temperature lethal time of NEC group was longer than that of NAC group(P<0.05).The expression of HSP70 in liver tissue of HE+HHFE,HE+MHFE and HE+LHFE groups was higher than that in HE group(P<0.05).The expression of HSP70 in liver tissue of HE+HHFE group was not different from HE+MHFE group.(P>0.05).The expression of HSP70 in HE+HHFE group and HE+MHFE group was higher than that in HE+LHFE group(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 Exercise in high temperature environment resulted in rough endothelium and loosening of endothelial cells,increased systolic and diastolic blood pressure,elevated levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and decreased levels of HDL-C.Supplementing highdose(600mg/d)and medium-dose(300mg/d)hawthorn extracts can prevent intima and endothelial cell damage in aortic insomnia in rats exposed to high temperature.Supplementation of high-dose(600mg/d)hawthorn extract has the best effect on inhibiting systolic and diastolic blood pressure,inhibiting serum TC,TG,LDL-C levels and HDL-C levels in rats exposed to high temperature.2 Long-term high temperature exercise resulted in increased expression of HSP70 in rat liver tissue,Prolong the high temperature swimming time and high temperature lethal time of exercised mice in high temperature environment.Supplementation of high-dose(600mg/d)and medium-dose(300mg/d)hawthorn extract can increase the expression of HSP70 in rat liver tissue under high temperature.Supplementation of high-dose(120mg/d)and medium-dose(60mg/d)hawthorn extracts can prolong the high temperature swimming time and high temperature lethal time of exercise mice in high temperature environment.Figure 7;Table 12;Reference 72...
