| Objectives To explore the efficacy of butylphthalide injection in the treatment of each subtype,which is based on OCSP classification and TAOST classification,of acute cerebral infarction.Methods From November 2017 to April 2018,299 patients,with acute cerebral infarction,there were 202 males and 97 females with an average age of(64.94±11.57)years hospitalized in the second and fourth nerval medical department wards,the severe medical ward of the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology were randomly divided into observation group(149 cases)and control group(150 cases).These two groups were both treated with diagnosis and treatment guidelines of acute ischemic stroke,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide injection.All patients were carried out by OCSP typing and TAOST typing while they handling admission procedures.NIHSS score and BI score were recorded in two groups of patients who were on admission and after two weeks of treatment.The overall efficacy of these two groups was compared,and the efficacy of the same subtype between these two groups was comparatively analyzed.The efficacy of subtypes in TOAST type and OCSP type in the observation group was analyzed and compared.Results 1 The NIHSS score(7.26±6.99)of the observation group after two weeks of treatment,was significantly lower than that,at the same situation,of control group(8.89±7.17).And the BI score(75.23±20.29)of the observation group after two weeks of treatment was significantly higher than that of control group(69.70±21.41).It has a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The curative effect(91.28)of the observation group after two weeks of treatment,was better than that of control group(82.00),it has a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2 In TOAST type,the NIHSS score(1.87±0.95)of SAO,in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(2.47±0.98)after two weeks of treatment,and the BI score(92.56±3.95)was significantly higher at the same situation(90.00±4.35),it has a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NIHSS score(8.97±7.31),(10.75±7.07),(9.51±7.11),(11.63±7.06)and BI score(69.93±19.86),(63.66±20.72),(67.68±20.92),(61.34±20.28)between the observation group and the control group of LAA,CE subtypes after two weeks of treatment(P>0.05).The curative effects of three subtypes of LAA,CE and SAO in the observation group were better than those in the control group after two weeks of treatment,it also has a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison of NIHSS score difference before and after 2 weeks of treatment between different subtypes in TOAST type of observation group,it was found that butylphthalide injection had a better therapeutic effect on LAA,CE subtypes than SAO subtype.3 In OCSP type,the NIHSS score(12.02±6.55),(4.85±1.65),(1.79±0.94)of three subtypes,including TACI,PACI and LACI,in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(14.93±5.82),(5.97±1.45),(2.48±1.05)after two weeks of treatment,and the BI score(59.20±16.53),(82.65±5.80),(92.93±4.12)was significantly higher at the same situation(50.67±15.80),(78.33±6.21),(90.37±4.58),it has a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NIHSS score(8.00±8.82),(8.84±8.30)and BI score(73.81±24.81),(70.00±23.96)between the observation group and the control group of POCI subtype after two weeks of treatment(P>0.05).The curative effects of four subtypes of TACI,PACI,POCI and LACI in the observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Comparison of NIHSS score difference before and after 2 weeks of treatment between different subtypes in OCSP type of observation group,it was found that butylphthalide injection had a better therapeutic effect on TACI subtype.Conclusions 1 Butylphthalide injection has a good efficacy in treating three subtypes of LAA,CE and SAO of TOAST typing in acute cerebral infarction patients,and it works best for LAA,CE than SAO subtype in cerebral infarction patients.2Butylphthalide injection has a good efficacy in treating four subtypes of OCSP typing in acute cerebral infarction patients,and it works best for TACI subtype in cerebral infarction patients.Figure 0;Table 17;Reference 35. |
