ObjectiveBy understanding the change of DF patients comfortable condition and foot ulcer related factors after podiatric nurse's intervention,to explore the influence on comfort of DF patients' multiple dimensions,such as physical comfort,psychological comfort,social culture comfort,environment comfort and the influence on the foot ulcers happen by podiatric nursing intervention,so as to provide theoretical references to strengthen the DF early prevention,improve Comfort level and work better for podiatric nurses.MethodIn this study,similar experiments and homologous matching method were used.Conveniently selected 134 DF patients who met the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes and visited our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 have been treated by podiatric nursing intervention for 6 months(Intervention once every 1 month).Before and after the intervention,GCQ and self-made questionnaire called podiatric nurse's intervention impact on diabetic foot ulcer were used to investigate the patients.Excel2003 set up the database and SPSS22.0 analyzed the data.Results(1)The research on the influence of the intervention of podiatric nurses on the comfort status of patients with diabetic foot shows that the overall comfort level and All dimensions' comfort level of patients with diabetic foot before and after the intervention have statistical significance(P<0.001),and the intervention of podiatric nurses is effective(positive difference > negative value).(2)The comparative study on the risk factors of diabetic foot ulcer before and after the intervention of podiatric nurses shows:(1)Lower extremity neuropathy: it cannot be considered that the incidence of lower extremity neuropathy before and after intervention is different(P=0.167).(2)lower limb vascular lesions: it was considered that there was statistically significant difference in the incidence of lower limb vascular lesions before and after the pretreatment(P<0.001),and the intervention of podiatric nurses is effective(negative difference > positive difference).(3)Foot malformation: the difference of occurrence of foot malformation before and after intervention was statistically significant(P=0.001),and the intervention of podiatric nurses is effective(negative difference > positive difference).(4)Callose,corns,onychomycosis and tinea pedis: before and after the intervention: there were statistically significant differences in callose,corns,onychomycosis and tinea pedis before and after intervention(all P <0.001),and the intervention of podiatric nurses is effective(negative difference > positive difference).(5)Foot skin cleft,blister: before and after the intervention of diabetic foot patients foot skin cleft,blister difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001),and the intervention of podiatric nurses is effective(negative difference > positive difference).(3)Podiatric nurses before and after intervention in patients with diabetic foot lifestyle comparative study shows:(1)The foot self-examination and foot skin with skin oil condition : before and after the intervention of self-examination and foot skin with skin oil condition difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001),and the intervention of podiatric nurses is effective(negative difference > positive difference).(2)Too short nails and barefoot condition: differences of too short nails and barefoot before and after the intervention was statistically significant(P < 0.001),and the intervention of podiatric nurses is effective(negative difference > positive difference).Conclusion(1)The intervention of foot nurses can improve the overall physical,psychological,social and cultural and environmental comfort levels of diabetic foot patients.(2)The intervention of foot nurses is helpful to control the high risk factors of diabetic foot ulcer and to cultivate the awareness and habit of self-care of diabetic foot patients...
