Expression And Clinical Significance Of Neuritin And TUBB3 In Gastric Cancer And Adjacent Tissues

Object:By detecting the expression levels of Neuritin and type 3 tubulin TUBB3(Class III?-tubulin)in the tumor tissues of patients with advanced gastric cancer and adjacent normal tumor tissues,the relationship between the two and their clinical pathological parameters was analyzed.The correlation and its clinical significance further explore the drug resistance of paclitaxel in patients with gastric cancer,and provide a new personalized treatment concept for patients with gastric cancer.Methods:The clinicopathological parameters of 58 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy and the normal gastric histopathological blocks of gastric cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tumors were collected.The expression of Neuritin and TUBB3 was detected by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between them and various clinical pathological parameters and their correlation were analyzed one by one.The experimental data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The high expression rate of Neuritin in gastric cancer tissues was 89.7%(52/58),and the low expression rate of Neuritin in gastric cancer tissues was 10.3%(6/58).The high expression rate of Neuritin in normal gastric tissue adjacent to cancer was 19.0%(11/58),and the low expression rate of Neuritin in normal gastric tissue adjacent to tumor was 81.0%(47/58).The high expression rate of Neuritin in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tumors,and the difference was statistically significant(?~2=58.400,P<0.05).The high expression of Neuritin in gastric cancer tissue is not related to the patient's clinical parameters(age,gender,ethnicity,depth of invasion,TNM stage of tumor,type of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,presence or absence of distant metastasis)(all P>0.05).(2)The high expression rate of TUBB3 in gastric cancer tissues was 43.1%(25/58),and the low expression rate of TUBB3 in gastric cancer tissues was 56.9%(33/58).The high expression rate of TUBB3in normal gastric tissue adjacent to tumor was 12.1%(7/58),and the low expression rate of TUBB3 in normal gastric tissue adjacent to tumor was 87.9%(51/58).The high expression rate of TUBB3 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tumors,and the difference was statistically significant(?~2=13.982,P<0.05).The high expression of TUBB3 in gastric cancer tissues was not related to clinical parameters(age,sex,depth of invasion,TNM stage of tumor,type of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and presence or absence of distant metastasis)(all P>0.05).However,the relationship with the ethnic group was statistically significant.The high expression rate in Han patients was 80.8%,and the high expression rate in Uygur patients was 16.7%(?~2=8.428,P=0.004<0.05).(3)The relationship between Neuritin and TUBB3 protein expression in gastric cancer tissues:the high expression rate of Neuritin and TUBB3 in gastric cancer tumor tissues was 43.1%(25/58),and the low expression rate in gastric cancer tissues was 10.3%(6/58).The expression of Neuritin was positive in gastric cancer tissues and the low expression rate of TUBB3 was 46.6%(27/58).The low expression of Neuritin and the high expression rate of TUBB3 in gastric cancer tissues were 0%(0/58).Their expression in gastric cancer tissues was positive.Correlation(P<0.05,r=0.296).Conclusion:(1)Neuritin and TUBB3 protein were expressed in gastric cancer tumor tissues and normal gastric tissues of adjacent tumors,and the expression in gastric cancer tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tumor tissues.(2)High expression of Neuritin and TUBB3 protein in gastric cancer tissues and clinical parameters(age,sex,depth of invasion,TNM stage of tumor,type of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,presence or absence of distant metastasis)Significant correlation.However,there may be a correlation between TUBB3 and the nation,and Neuritin has no obvious correlation with the nation.(3)The expression of Neuritin and TUBB3 protein in gastric cancer tissues was positively correlated.The two were involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.TUBB3 was associated with paclitaxel resistance and provided theoretical support for the treatment of gastric cancer.
