Objecctive: To understand the current situation and correlation of stress, resilience and coping style in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention in a 3A hospital in Xinjiang,to analyze the influencing factors of stress in PCI patients, and to explore the mediating effect of resilience between coping style and stress,so as to provide theoretical basis for medical staff to alleviate psychological stress of PCI patients. Methods: 1.Cross-sectional survey: From March 2018 to September 2018 in a hospital in Urumqi,Xinjiang.A total of 280 PCI patients were investigated with self-designed general data questionnaire, inpatient stressor rating scale,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and Medical Coping Modes Questionaire.2.Statistical methods: Database was established by Epidata 3.1,SPSS17.0 was statistically analyzed. The PCI patients with general data, pressure, resilience and coping styles using descriptive statistical analysis.Correlation between stress, resilience and coping styles using Pearson correlation analysis, the influence factors of pressure using t test, variance analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis. The mediating effect of resilience between coping style and stress was tested by mediating effect test procedure. Results: 1 The overall average stress score of PCI patients was 2.55±0.41,and the top three stressors were were the influence of disease severity on individuals, hospitalization on individuals and their families, and economic problems. The total score of mental resilience was 51.81±11.37,and the scores of each dimension were perseverance 24.18±6.64,strength 18.05±4.10,optimism 9.58±1.90,respectiively;the scores of coping styles were: facing 15.23±3.27,avoidance 13.65±2.34,and yield 9.26±2.58,respectively.2.There was a negative correlation between stress and resilience(r=-0.359,P<0.01)and coping style(r=-0.256,P<0.01),and a positive correlation between stress and yield coping style(r= 0.181,P<0.01).3.Univariate analysis of general data of PCI patients showed that there were significant differences in stress scores among different educational background, personal monthly income, place of residence, character, duration of illness, combined chronic diseases, hospitalization times and PCI times(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that resilience,PCI times, yield coping style, illness time and combined chronic diseases were the influencing factors of stress in PCI patients.4.The mediating effect test showed that after introducing the mediating variable resilience, there was no statistical significance in the standardized regression coefficient of coping styles in face and yield(P>0.05),Psychological resilience plays a complete mediating role between facing, yield coping style and stress.Conclision: 1.The stress of PCI patients was in the middle level.the main stressors are the influence of the severity of the disease on individuals, hospitalization on individuals and their families, and economic problems.2.There was a correlation between stress, resilience and coping style in PCI patients.3.Psychological resilience,PCI times, yield coping style, duration of illness and combined chronic diseases were the influencing factors of stress in PCI patients.4.Psychological Resilience plays an intermediary effect between coping style and stress.
