| Objective: Analysis of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH)scalp encephalogram(EEG),comparison of different EEG patterns with epilepsy after aSAH,to explore the predictive value of the EEG patterns in epilepsy after aSAH.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the EEG data of 312 aSAH patients from January 2014 to January 2017.All patients were followed up over half a year.According to the presence of epileptic seizures,the patients were divided into seizures and non-epileptic seizure groups.According to the time of seizure,the patients were divided into early epileptic group and late epileptic group.The EEG morphological pattern can be divided into:?type(normal EEG),?type(slow wave type),? type(explosive slow wave type),? type(typical spikes sharp wave type),?type(electrographic seizure),the EEG patterns were compared.Results: There were 312 patients with aSAH,including 44 patientswith epilepsy,the incidence of epilepsy was 14.1%.Among of them,24cases(7.7%)of early epilepsy and 20 cases of advanced epilepsy(6.4%).There were significant differences in the EEG patterns between the seizures group and the non-epileptic seizure groups.In the seizures group,the EEG pattern was mainly ? type and ? type(84.1%),but II type was the main type of the non-epileptic seizure groups(79.5 %).The proportion of ?,?and?type in the seizures group(95.5%)was significantly higher than that in the non-epileptic seizure groups(19.0%).There were significant differences in the EEG patterns between early epilepsy group and late epilepsy group(P <0.01).III Type(70.8%)is the most frequent type in the early epilepsy group and ?type(80.0%)is the most frequent type in the late epilepsy group.Conclusion: The scalp electroencephalogram has a certain predictive value for the epilepsy after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage,Including ?,?and?type for aSAH high-risk wave type of epilepsy after aSAH;? type,? type may be related to early and late epilepsy. |
