Expression Of NSE,S-100B And MBP In Cerebrospinal Fluid In Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage And Its Clinical Application

Objective: To observe the changes of biochemical indexes in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage,and then to evaluate the clinical value of diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods: A total of 48 cases of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were diagnosed as experimental group.23 cases were diagnosed as intracranial injury and normal routine biochemical indexes of cerebrospinal fluid were taken as the control group.Combined with the relevant clinical data for statistical analysis.The contents of TP,GLU,CL,AST,ADA,CRP,UALB,BMG were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.The data of S100 B and MBP were detected by ELISA.The content of NSE was measured by electrochemical luminescence method.Results: Compared with the control group,the levels of S100 B,NSE,MBP,TP,GLU,and BMG in the cerebrospinal fluid of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05),CL level was significantly lower(P <0.05).Taking into account the specificity and sensitivity of clinical diagnostic applications and combined with the relevant literature,select S100 B,NSE,MBP as the next step object.Further studies showed that S100 B,NSE and MBP combined test could significantly improve the sensitivity of diagnosis of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage to 84% and specificity to 80%(P <0.05);There was a positive correlation between S100 B protein and NSE content in cerebrospinal fluid of experimental group and Hunt-Hess grade of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.The correlation coefficient was 0.75 and 0.67(P <0.05),The combination of the two can significantly improve the sensitivity of the diagnosis of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage to 82%,specificity to 79%(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Cerebrospinal fluid S100 B protein,NSE,MBP combined test can be used as aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage diagnosis of laboratory-assisted examination indicators;2.Cerebrospinal fluid S100 B protein,NSE levels can reflect the aneurysm of subarachnoid hemorrhage in patients with brain injury process,the two can be used to detect the patient's condition changes in the monitoring and evaluation.
