Non-traumatic convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage(cSAH)is a rare type of subarachnoid hemorrhage,in which the bleeding is localized to the convexities of the brain.This disease is easily overlooked in clinical practice because of the small amount of bleeding and the special location.At present the research about the cSAH is little.Considering the diverse etiology and atypical clinical manifestation of cSAH,which bring difficulties for clinicians to diagnose and treat this disease.This paper expounds upon the clinical manifestations,imaging findings and etiologies of cSAH.The purpose is to help clinicians diagnose the disease early and to provide ideas for finding the cause. |
