BackgroundSpontaneous cerebral convexity subarachnoid hemorrhage(cSAH)is a special type of subarachnoid hemorrhage. It can be seen more among the old people but the youngs as well. The causes of cSAH are numerous in variety. Moreover,it is also a complication of different kinds of diseases. As a research hotspot,cSAH has received increasing attention in recent years.Studies have shown that cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion is one of the important causes of cSAH.However, there are few further studies of it,especially on how different kinds of cerebral arteries effect cSAH.PurposeTo explore the characters of different cerebral artery stenosis that related to cSAH and the effects of different cerebral artery stenosis on cSAH.The effects includes the cSAH patients'age at onset and the scope of bleeding.MethodsThirty-nine patients with cSAH caused by intracranial arterial stenosis or occlusion were included.Collected and gathered the clinical statistics on their age at onset, bleeding scopes, and the stenosis degree of the main arteries related to cSAH.According to the different cerebral artery related to cSAH,they were divided into different groups.?2test was used to analyse the gender, risk factors of cerebrovascular diseases, stenosis degree of the artery as well as scopes of bleeding.Utilized one-way analysis of variance(one-way ANOVA)to tell the difference in age at onset of cSAH of different groups.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data. The bilateral?=0.05 was used as significant level, and if p<0.05,the discrepency would be considered as statistical significance.ResultIn 39 cases of cSAH caused by cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion, there were 24males and 15 females. As the artery associated with cSAH is the middle cerebral artery and internal carotid artery,so it could be divided into middle cerebral artery stenosis or middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAS/MCAO)group,internal carotid artery stenosis or internal carotid artery occlusion(ICAS/ICAO)group and both middle cerebral artery stenosis/occlusion and internal carotid artery stenosis/occlusion(MCAS/MCAO&ICAS/ICAO)group.1.The difference on degree of stenosis of cerebral arteries related to cSAH:among the 39 patients, severe stenosis takes up 74.4%,but zero in mild stenosis.(1)The discrepancy of moderate stenosis rate among the three groups was statistically significant(?~2=10.372 P=0.006).Moreover,the moderate stenosis rate of the MCAS/MCAO group was higher than the MCAS/MCAO&ICAS/ICAO group(?2=5.922 P=0.015).But the difference between the other groups was not statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The discrepancy of severe stenosis rate among the three groups was not statistically significant(?2=3.461 P=0.177).(3)The discrepancy of arterial occlusion rate of the 3 groups was statistically significant(?2=9.583P=0.008).The arterial occlusion rate of the ICAS/ICAO group was higher than the MCAS/MSAO group(?2=7.788 P=0.005).Samely,The arterial occlusion rate of the MCAS/MCAO&ICAS/ICAO group was also higher than the MCAS/MSAO group(?~2=7.472 P=0.006).But the discrepancy of arterial occlusion between ICAS/ICAO and MCAS/MCAO&ICAS/ICAO group was not statistically significant(?2=0.004 P=0.948).2.The influence of different kind of cerebral arteries on the age at onset of cSAH:according to the data of the age at onset of the 3 groups,we get F=8.788,P=0.001<0.05 inspection level, the discrepancy was statistically significant. The order of age at onset was:ICAS/ICAO group>MCAS/MCAO group>MCAS/MCAO&ICAS/ICAO group. All the 3 groups compared in pairs, the discrepancy of age at onset of cSAH were all statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The influence of different kind of cerebral arteries on the bleeding scopes of cSAH:The discrepancy of the bleeding scopes among the 3 groups is not statistically significant(?2=0.689 P=0.708).Conclusion1.The cerebral artery stenosis that related to cSAH was mostly seen in the internal carotid artery and the middle cerebral artery. Moreover, severe stenosis takes the most part.2.The different cerebral artery that related to cSAH had different stenosis degree. For cSAH-related cerebral stenosis arteries, the stenosis degree of middle cerebral artery is lower than internal carotid artery and the one with two kinds of arterial stenosis exist simultaneously.3.Referring to the cSAH caused by Cerebral Artery Stenosis, the patients' age at onset diverse because of different kinds of artery stenosis. The age at onset of cSAH in patients with internal carotid artery stenosis was relatively late. The age at onset of cSAH in patients with both middle cerebral artery and internal carotid artery stenosis exist simultaneously was earlier.4.The cSAH caused by different arteries showed no significant difference in the bleeding scopes.
