The Effect Of Hypoglycemic Regimen On The Control Rate Of Hypertension In The Outpatients With Hypertension And Type 2 Diabetes In Chongqing

Objective:To evaluate the effect of hypoglycemic regimen on the control rate of hypertension in the outpatients with hypertension and type 2diabetes in ChongqingMethods:The study is a cross-sectional study of individuals enrolled from September,2016 to May 2018 in 9 hospitals(5 in urban areas of Chongqing and others in counties of Chongqing).A total of 1004 outpatients received questionnaire investigation,that with hypertension and type 2 diabetes.At the same time,the BP and basic information including hight,weight,WC,HC for individuals were recorded by investigators who has been trained.Result:The control rate of outpatients is 24.1%,that with hypertension and type 2 diabetes in Chongqing.Owning medical reimbursement of special disease or using NSUR was associated with a higher BP control rate.Whereas,central obesity,using insulin alone,using diabetic drugs alone which leading to gain weight,was associated with a lower BP control rate.Significant association with BMI was found for women.The BP control rate of patients with normal BMI was significant higher than that in patients who were overweight or obesity(29.4% vs21.0%,x2=4.909,p=0.027).Conclusion:For patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes,it's much better not to use insulin alone or diabetic drugs alone which leading to gain weight,whereas,NSUR should be choosen which is beneficial for those patients.Weight control aiming at WC control has better effect for these patients,especially for women.Lastly,helping more patients to owe medical reimbursement of special disease is also important to hypertension'control.
