Study On The Influencing Facrors The Willingness Of The Home Care Elderliy To Purchase Smart Health Care Services Of Jiulongpo District In Chongqing

Objective: Due to the change of consumption concept and the improvement of consumption ability,the public pension service put forward higher requirements.The disadvantages of the traditional way of providing for the aged are increasingly prominent.The development of information technology provides a realistic basis for the innovation of pension model.The intelligent healthy pension service emerge as the times require.The intelligent healthy pension service of our country is still in the early stages of development.Most pilot areas rely on the way of government purchasing services.It is impossible to support healthy and orderly development by relying solely on state financial support.Based on this situation,the research on the willingness of the elderly to purchase the intelligent healthy pension service is a reference for exploring the sustainable development mode of government planning support,market-oriented operation and social public welfare participation.Methods: On the basis of literature research,group discussion andexpert consultation,the questionnaire was designed by selecting indicators.686 elderly people from 12 committees of 6 towns in 6 sample districts were surveyed by multi-stage stratified sampling method.Data were double-entered by Epidata 3.1 software and database was established.SPSS22.0 software was used for general description and statistical analysis.The univariate analysis was performed by two tests and the multivariate analysis was performed by binomial logistic regression analysis.The difference was statistically significant with P<0.05(bilateral).Results :45.2% of the elderly were willing to purchase the intelligent healthy pension service,54.8% were not willing to purchase it.The willingness of the elderly to purchase the intelligent healthy pension service is not high.Single factor analysis showed that age,culture level,occupation,monthly income before retirement,medical insurance,whether know wisdom health care,family whether open network,whether to use the Internet,the degree of intelligent equipment operation of clinker,intelligent endowment devices use the wisdom of the training needs a total of 10 variables health care of purchase intention rate differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Differentiation in the chi-square statistical significance 10 variables as independent variables,is willing to pay for health care of wisdom as the dependent variable,the binomial Logistic regression model,the results showed that age,the cognitive of wisdom health care,the use of the Internet,training needs of intelligent old-ageservice products,a total of four variables as the main factors influencing the willingness of the elderly to purchase the intelligent healthy pension service.Conclusion :There are many problems in the development of intelligent and healthy old-age service,such as fragmented management of multi-departments,unsound system and mechanism,insufficient total number of service personnel,lagging behind in the construction of information platform,and the silver digital divide.In the future,we should deepen the cooperation between departments and establish and improve the payment security system for wise and healthy old-age services.Strengthen the talent team construction project,strengthen the integration of information resources,and create high-quality demonstration sites to promote the development of intelligent and healthy old-age care services.
