| Objective To study The correlation between 18F-FDG PET/CT SUVmax?Maximum Standard Uptake Value?,MTV?Metabolic Tumor Volume?and TLG?Total Lesion Glycolysis?with patients age,FIGO staging,pathological classification,carbohydrate antigen 125?CA125?,human epididymis protein 4?HE4?,Proliferation antigen Ki-67,Tumor suppressor gene protein p53 and Nephroblastoma gene protein WT1 in patients with ovarian cancer after surgery.MethodsRetrospectively analysis all the 80 patients with recurrent or metastasizing ovarian cancer who underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT.Analysis the correlation between SUVmax,MTV,TLG and age,FIGO stage,pathological classification,CA125,HE4,Ki-67,p53 and WT1 with rank sum test.Results?1?The SUVmaxofperiod?-?issignificantlyhigherthanitof period?-??Z=-1.985,P=0.047?.SUVmaxax in patients with WT1 positive expression is significantly higher than WT1 negative expression patients?Z=-2.101,P=0.036?.?2?MTV in patients with HE4 and CA125 high expression is significantly higher than patients with lower expression?Z=-2.323,P=0.020;Z=-2.981,P=0.003?.Patients with Ki–67 high expression and p53 also WT1 positive expression MTV is significantly higher?Z=-2.134,P=0.033;Z=-1.970,P=0.049;Z=-2.290,P=0.021?.?3?TLG is higher in patients with high HE4 expression than that of patients with low expression?Z=-2.712,P=0.007?.Patients with Ki–67 high expression and p53 also WT1 positive expression TLG is significantly higher?Z=-2.198,P=0.028;Z=-2.356,P=0.018;Z=-2.751,P=0.005?.Conclusion There are certain correlations between 18F-FDG PET/CT metabolic parameters and clinical,pathological and biological factors in patients with recurrent or metastasizing ovarian cancer after surgery.SUVmaxisconnectedwithFIGOstagingandWT1.CA125,HE4,Ki-67,p53,WT1arecloselyrelatedtoMTVand TLG.Furthermore MTV and TLG can reflect the characteristics of the part of the tumor pathology,and help to diagnose the malignant degree of tumor,even predict the prognosis of patients. |
