| With the aging of the population,the old age of surgical patients become common.Advanced age is no longer a barrier to abdominal surgery for senile patients,but because of the poor tolerance of the elderly,especially the comorbidities,the risks of the surgery remain high.Combined with clinical experience,this thesis reviews the recent studies of the perioperative management in senile patients,who have hypertension,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or diabetes. |
