Objective:To systematically evaluate the correlation between vitamin D levels in pregnancy and the risk of Postpartum Depression(PPD).Methods:The research on the correlation between vitamin D and PPD was searched in PubMed,PsycINFO,The Cochrane Library,EMBASE(OVID),Wanfang Date and Wiper databases, respectively,And manual retrieval of western obstetrics and gynecology related journals. The retrieval time of the database was built up to February,2018.After the two evaluators independently sifted the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted the data and evaluated the bias risk of the inclusion study, the Meta analysis was carried out with RevMan5.3 software.Results:1.Three case-control studies and eight cohort studies were included in this study, and 5052 pregnant women were included in this study.A total of 5052 pregnant women were included in this study.Four out of 11 studies showed that postpartum depression was not associated with vitamin D levels.7 / 11 showed that postpartum depression was significantly associated with low vitamin D levels.2.The NOS scores of the included meta-literatures were all greater than or equal to 6 points, indicating that the included literatures were of high quality and the conclusions were more reliable.3.After extracting the data, there were 5 studies on vitamin D levels and the inconsistency of postpartum depression rating scale.Only 6 of them were analyzed by meta-analysis.There were 1571 cases in the trial group and 1857 cases in the control group. The results of Meta analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the value of vitamin D interception and postpartum depression(OR=1.24,95% CI : 0.92-1.69,P=0.16>0.05)at the time of 50nmol/L.The other two extracted the mean and standard deviation of EPDS score of postpartum depression when vitamin D cut-off value was 50nmol/L.Meta-analysis of 214 cases in the trial group and 289 cases in the control group also showed that there was no significant correlation between vitamin D interception value and postpartum depression(MD=-0.18,95% CI:-1.20-0.84,P=0.74>0.05)at the time of 50nmol/L.Meta analysis showed that vitamin D interception was associated with postpartum depression in 25nmol/L(OR=2.63,95% CI:1.14-6.09,P=0.02<0.05).Conclusion:1.When the maternal blood vitamin D level is lower than 50 nmol / L,that is,the vitamin D level is slightly deficient,it is not suggested to be associated with postpartum depression. When the maternal blood vitamin D level is lower than 25nmol/L,that is,the serious deficiency of vitamin D level may be a risk factor for postpartum depression.2.The lack of vitamin D is an important node in the pathogenesis of postpartum depression. In clinical work, early intervention in pregnant women who are deficient in vitamin D can be achieved.
