Objective:To study the correlation between MOM of serum markers(beta-hCG,AFP,uE3 and InhA)in Down's screening during the second trimester of pregnancy and adverse pregnancy outcomes. Methods:The data of 2910 pregnant women who underwent Down's screening during the second trimester of pregnancy in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from November 2013 to April 2016 were screened, and a total of 1486 cases met the criteria.According to the follow-up results, the normal pregnancy outcome group and four different adverse pregnancy outcome groups were grouped: Normal pregnancy outcome group,Natural preterm birth group,Macrosomia group,Hypertensive disorders of pregancy group,Gestational diabetes group.Finally,SPSS22.0 system was used to analyze the data according to the normal, rising and decreasing MOM,and to explore its correlation. Results:Incidence of adverse outcomes increases with abnormal increase of MoM of beta-hCG and InhA;Incidence of adverse outcomes increases when any two of MoM of beta-hCG,AFP,uE3 or InhA are abnormalities;Incidence of HDP and GDM will increase with abnormal elevation of MOM of InhA.Conclusion:The abnormal MOM value of serum markers in Down's screening during the second trimester of pregnancy is correlated with adverse pregnancy outcomes,It can be used as a signal for predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes,to predict adverse pregnancy outcomes in high-risk groups.
