Objectives:Analyze the clinical curative effect of Xiaoyao San and psychological intervention in the treatment of unexplained infertility;explore the potential association between Xiaoyao San and psychological intervention in the treatment of infertility.Methods:The patients with unexplained infertility who first visited the Infertility TCM Specialties Clinic of the First People's Hospital of Ningbo City from April 2016 to December 2016were selected through the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA scores were used to screen 58 patients with anxiety and depression at the same time.Randomized control and prospective design were used to divide the patients into 30 cases of Xiaoyao Powder and 28 cases of Xiaoyao Powder and Psychological Intervention Group.Divide psychological interventions to analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyao San and psychological interventions in the treatment of unexplained infertility.The data was analyzed using SPSS 20.0statistical software.The general data and analysis of results were compared using the t test,paired t test,chi-square test,and rank-sum test(Mann-Whitney U test).Results:1.The scores of HAMD score(t=17.532,P<0.001)and HAMA score(t=24.665,P<0.001)before and after Xiaoyao San group had significant difference.2.Xiaoyao powder combined with psychological intervention group before and after treatment HAMD score(t=14.931,P<0.001)and HAMA score(t=33.902,P<0.001)were statistically significant differences.3.The effective rates of Xiaoyao San group and Xiaoyao San combined psychological intervention group in treating depression were 80.00%and 92.86%respectively.The effective rate of Xiaoyaosan combined psychological intervention group in treating depression was significantly higher than that of Xiaoyaosan group;Xiaoyao San group and Xiaoyao San The effective rate of anxiety treatment in the combined psychological intervention group was 80.00%and 96.43%respectively.The effective rate of anxiety treatment in the Xiaoyaosan combined psychological intervention group was significantly higher than that in the Xiaoyaosan control group;Xiaoyao San control group and Xiaoyao San combined psychological intervention experiment group The total effective rate of depression and anxiety treatment was 76.67%and 96.43%.The total effective rate of depression and anxiety in the Xiaoyao powder combined psychological intervention group was significantly higher than that in the Xiaoyaosan control group,and the difference was statistically significant(?2=4.757,P=0.029).The conception rates of Xiaoyao San group and Xiaoyao San combined psychological intervention group were 53.33%and 60.71%,respectively.The rate of pregnancy in Xiaoyaosan combined psychological intervention group was higher than that in Xiaoyaosan group,but the difference was not statistically significant(?~2=0.322,P=0.571).5.here was no significant difference in the conception of patients with different degrees of healing in depression and anxiety symptoms in the Xiaoyaosan control group(?~2=3.367,P=0.186).There were no statistically significant differences in pregnancy outcomes between the Xiaoyao San and psychological intervention groups(?~2=1.934,P=0.380).Conclusion:1.Psychological intervention can affect the anxiety and depression in women with unexplained infertility,and it can positively improve negative emotions.2.Clinically female unexplained infertility patients treated with Xiaoyao San combined psychological intervention had better curative effect than Xiaoyaosan alone,which was more conducive to the patient's conception.3.Clinically,the treatment of women with unexplained infertility plus psychological intervention may have positive effects on the pregnancy rate.
