| Background With the development of society,More and more beauty seekers have higher requirements for their face shape.Mandible as an important part of the face,also become the common operation of the plastic surgery.Oriental women often use "melon seed face","goose egg face" as an aesthetic criterion.However,the mandibular fat conference appears to have a broad face,called square face,which lacks the feminine beauty of Oriental women.Although science and technology constantly updated,making plastic technology is becoming more and more progress,more and more methods applied in the mandibular surgery.But mandibular plastic surgery is still has the complications such as the second mandibular angle formation,inferior alveolar nerve(nerves mentalis)from the middle and inferior alveolar nerve blood vessel bundle after vascular injury,on both sides of the mandible shape asymmetry,mandibular fracture.So how to accurate removal of the mandibular while ensuring operation safety,reduce complications may have become the focus in the mandibular plastic surgery.To this end,the experimental animal model for experimental rabbit,and the self-control study of the experimental rabbit bilateral mandibles,using CT three-dimensional reconstruction technique and combined application of 3D printing technology,clinically mandibular plastic surgery,is dedicated to provide you with a more accurate and safe surgical method.Purpose By collecting relevant data of experimental rabbit mandible,and by using the three-dimensional finite element model,the CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology and 3D printing technology applied in experimental rabbit mandibular plastic surgery,the use of experimental rabbit bilateral mandibular contrast experiment was carried out,and relevant conclusions,for the future in the clinical applications of the technology and development to provide data support.Methods Eight New Zealand rabbits purchased by the Southeast university animal room will be took CT three-dimensional by Radiology Department of Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University,the e xport of CT images obtained in DICOM format to Mimics software,in Mimics software simulation experimental rabbit mandible 3D image reconstruction.On both side of the same experimental rabbit mandible place the same truncation line design,and use the Mimics software simulation of cutting technology,the experimental rabbit mandibular bone cutting along on the right side of the truncation line,the cutting of mandibular part with Stratasys J750 equipment for 3 D printing.When the experimental rabbits accepted the intravenous anesthesia,we will use the traditional intraoral incision to do the osteotomy,along the truncation line on the left mandible of the rabbit,On the right side of the mandible,osteotomy was performed within the position of the printed 3D model.By comparing the time of the two surgical methods and the error analysis of the pre-designed osteotomy line,the accuracy of the combined application of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology and 3D printing technology in mandibular osteotomy plastic surgery was judged.Results The time of the right mandible osteotomy of 8 experimental rabbits was shorter than that of the left mandible osteotomy,and the pre-designed osteotomy line was formed after the osteotomy with CT 3D reconstruction technique and 3D printing technique on the right side.The errors are smaller than the mandibular osteotomy using the traditional intraoral incision on the left side.Conclusion Before the mandible osteotomy plastic surgery,it can be repeatedly simulated mandibular osteotomy to achieve the purpose of designing the most suitable osteotomy line by using the CT three-dimensional reconstruction and the three-dimensional finite element model.At the same time,the Combined application of 3D printing technology and 3D model as an intra-operative positioning can not only make the operation proceed more smoothly,but also make the osteotomy more accurate,reduce the damage to the mandible,and reduce the occurrence of surgical complications.It may improve the sa fety of surgery.Therefore,this method can be applied to the future clinical to guide the mandibular osteotomy plastic surgery. |
