The problems of difficulty in receiving medical service and high cost on getting medical treatment have long perplexed hospitals and government institutes in China.In recent years,the government has been focusing on it as well as carrying out policies and reforming medical service.However,on account of various reasons,the result is less than satisfactory.With the advancement of information technology,a great number of hospitals have set up massive internal operation systems,which provide innovative process transformation and service for the patients from the level of informatization,such as self-service registration,self-service taking reports,Out-Patient One-Card,etc.as well as optimizing the process of registration,in-treatment,prescription and pharmacy.The innovations mentioned above increased efficiency of patients' service on a relatively large scale and improved the medical reform environment.Nevertheless,with the people pouring into the hospitals,the innovations cannot yet eradicate the noisy phenomenon within the hospitals.Internet technology,the maturity of mobile Internet technology in particular,symbolizes that a great deal of service can be extended from the interior to the clients and even their cellphones.It is well known that the cell phone terminal has been widely applied into many industries.Due to the particularity of service and data in the medical industry,the launch in the medical industry is later than that in other industries,but many hospitals are carrying out research on the application.With the use of the mobile Internet technology and participation of the patients,it helps hospitals solve the service problems.The patient can register at home first and then choose an appropriate time to go to the hospital.After a short break in the hospital,one can directly see a doctor.The patient can also pay online in a direct way and then have a body-check,examination or get medicine.The testing report can be sent to the patient's cellphone later on.Under such a condition,the patient hardly waits in a queue,thus avoiding the three-long problems of three-long and one-short problems(long-time registration,long-time waiting for doctors,long-time paying and short-time seeing a doctor)and reducing the time of patients' waiting in the hospitals.It not only upgrades the patients' experiences,but also greatly improves the hospital environment.The thesis is designed based on the scheme of Wechat convenient service for public.The product is based on the designing scheme as well and has been applied to a large number of clients,which obtained a sound feedback and increased the patients' satisfaction on a large scale.
