Clinical Observation Of Feilike Mixture Combined With Conventional Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Bronchiectasis Complicated With Infection(Phlegm-heat Stagnation Of Lung Syndrome)and Its Effect On NEUT%

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy of Feilike Mixture in the treatment of bronchiectasis with infection(phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome),to explore the role of Feilike Mixture in bronchiectasis,and to compare the effect of Feilike Mixture on the percentage of neutrophils in serum and sputum of patients with bronchiectasis and infection before and after the treatment.Methods:According to the principle of randomized control,68 patients with bronchiectasis and infection(phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were observed for 14 days.Control group: Anti-infection symptomatic treatment was given according to clinical medication experience combined with sputum culture and drug sensitivity;Bromohexine hydrochloride glucose injection(Shijiazhuang Four Drugs Co.,Ltd.,Chinese medicine quasi-word H20040486,specifications: 100ml: bromohexine hydrochloride2 ml and glucose 5g)was intravenously dripped,100 ml each time,twice a day.If there is hemoptysis,fever symptoms,patients should be hemostasis,antipyretic symptomatic treatment.The treatment group: on the basis of the original treatment plan of the control group,Feilike mixture(manufacturer:Guizhou Jianxing Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd batch number: Z20025136)was given orally,20 ml each time,three times a day for two weeks.The clinical symptoms,signs and remission time of main symptoms of bronchiectasis patients with infection were compared between the two groups.The percentage of neutrophils in peripheral blood and sputum was measured before and after treatment.Result: 1.The clinical effect of Feilike Mixture in treating bronchiectasis with infection(phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome)is obvious,and the total effective rates are respectively: the treatment group:85.29%;the control group:73.53%.There was statistical significance between the two groups,and there was no adverse reaction.2.Feilike Mixture can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of patients with bronchiectasis and infection(phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome),especially in cough,phlegm,dry mouth,wheezing,chest tightness,the treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Feilike Mixture can reduce the percentage of neutrophils in sputum of patients with bronchiectasis complicated with infection(phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome)(P < 0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Feilike Mixture combined with routine western medicine treatment is effective in treating bronchiectasis with infection(phlegm-heat stagnation of lung syndrome).Compared with routine western medicine treatment alone,it can improve clinical symptoms such as cough.2.Feilike Mixture can promote the decrease of the percentage of neutrophils in sputum of patients with bronchiectasis and infection(phlegmheat stagnation of lung syndrome).3.Feilike Mixture may reduce the accumulation of neutrophils,alleviate chronic airway inflammation,reduce the colonization of pathogenic bacteria in lower respiratory tract of patients with bronchiectasis,reduce the number of acute exacerbations and delay the progress of the disease.
