Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment With Insomnia By Scalp Acupuncture On Acupoints Of The Du And Bladder Meridians

Objective:To bring new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment with insomnia,we observe the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment with insomnia by scalp acupuncture on acupoints of the DU and Bladder meridians.Method:50 cases in June 2017 to December 2018 in acupuncture clinic two of the first hospital affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine were selected who are made a diagnosis and given treatment there.We use random number table method,divided patients into the treatment group and the control group,and each one has 25 patients.The treatment group selection DU and Bladder meridians in head were treated with acupuncture,which is DU20,DU21,DU22,DU23,DU24,BL7,BL5 and BL6.In the control group,acupoints were selected for treatment according to the textbook,and acupoints were selected as DU20,DU24,DU29 and EX-HN1.Each course of treatment is one week,one day off per week,and acupuncture for 4 weeks in total.Before and after treatment,the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used for assessment.SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis,and the difference was considered statistically significant when P<0.05.Result:1.Comparison between treatment group and control group before and after treatment and inter group comparison:MMSE and MoCA scores of the patients were improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.Comparison between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment and inter group comparison:PQSI of the patients increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the curative effect of cognitive impairment and insomnia were compared between the treatment group and the control group,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Acupuncture of the scalp of acupoints of the DU and Bladder meridians can improve the cognitive function of patients after stroke2.Acupuncture of the scalp of acupoints of the DU and Bladder meridians can improve the sleep quality of patients after stroke3.Acupuncture of the scalp of acupoints of the DU and Bladder meridians have a better therapeutic effect on cognitive impairment after stroke with insomnia.
