The Clinical Curative Effect Of Children Malnutrition Treated By Xiaoganjianpi Paste

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Children Malnutrition treated by Xiaoganjianpi Paste,in order to find out the oral drug with good efficacy,eazy to take and be accepted by the children.Methed:A total of 60 children with symptomatic from the pediatric outpatient of Heilongjiang University of Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients were given Xiaoganjianpi Paste namedteatment group,30 patients were given Relieving indigestion granule named control group,30 days for a course of treatment,we observe 60 days.After a course of treatment,the children were brought back tothe clinic,and we observe the changes of their symtoms and signs,after two courses of treatment,children?s symptons ? signs and laboratory examinations results were evaluated,and the change of in clinic efficacy of the children before and after treatment were compared.Result:1.Both the treatment group and control group can reduce the total clinical syndrome score,which is more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group.The improvement rate of main symtoms and signs was significantly higher than that of the control group(P? 0.05).2.The total effective of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective of the control group was 63.33%,According to the comparison of the total effective rate after treatment between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P? 0.05).3.Statistical analysis of laboratory examination indexes before and after treatment,including serum prealbumin,trace element iron,trace element zinc,red blood cells and hemoglobin,found that the laboratory test data of the two groups before treatment were P ? 0.05.There is no significant difference,that is comparable.Comparing the groups,the laboratoryexamination indexes of the two groups were improved before and after treatment(P? 0.05),and there were significant differences.The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P? 0.05),has Statistical significane.Conclusion:1.Xiaoganjianpi Paste can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of children,such as mental mood,appetite,weight,bloating,sleep,hair and stool.2.Xiaoganjianpi Paste can effective improve the laboratory test indicators of children,such as serum prealbumin,trace element iron,trace element zinc,red blood cells and hemoglobin.3.Xiaoganjianpi Paste has a significant clinical effect in treating children with Malnutrition,and has the advantages of sweet taste,low dosage and easy long-term persistence.It can greatly overcome the difficulties of most children taking medicine and long-term adherence to medicine,and no obvious adverse reactions such as toxic and side effects have been found,so it is worthy of application in pediatric clinic.
