Cl Linical Study On The Relationship Between Tcm Constitution And Bone Marrow Suppression After Chemotherapy For Ovarian Cancer

ObjectiveThrough the questionnaire on the constitution of patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for ovarian cancer,the relationship between the changes of WBC,PLT and HGB in patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy and the distribution of the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine was studied,and the correlation between the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine and the constitution of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for ovarian cancer was discussed.MethodThis topic according to the 2009 release of China association of Chinese medicine in TCM constitution decision criteria of traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision table on March,2019-March 2017 in the third affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university(heilongjiang province tumor hospital)women had to hospital wards and diagnosed with ovarian cancer and after chemotherapy in patients with bone marrow suppression,100 cases of investigation questionnaire,collect the blood of patients with routine report white blood cell count,platelet count,hemoglobin count one of the three,all with the highest grade in statistical analysis during chemotherapy,SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between TCM constitution and the decrease of white blood cells,platelets and hemoglobin in ovarian cancer patients after chemotherapy.Result1.The incidence of bone marrow suppression was highest in 100 patients aged 49 years and above,accounting for 61% of the total.2.100 cases of ovarian cancer patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy constitution: the deficiency of 32 cases,Yang 26 cases,13 cases of Yin deficiency is qualitative,qi depression and the great mass all the 7 cases,damp heat and phlegm wet all the 5 cases,blood stasis 3 cases,and mass in 2 cases,studies have shown that bone marrow suppression after ovarian cancer chemotherapy of patients with qi deficiency,Yang deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency is given priority to,the deficiency of quality,and the proportion is 32%,Yang deficiency quality,and the proportion is 26%,Yin quality,and the proportion of 13%.3.In the sample,50 patients with ovarian cancer showed leukopenia after chemotherapy,and the proportion of qi deficiency and leukopenia in the population with leukopenia was 42%,P<0.01 in chi-square test,indicating that there was a significant correlation between qi deficiency and leukopenia in ovarian cancer patients after chemotherapy.4.In the sample, there were 23 cases of ovarian cancer patients withthrombocytopenia after chemotherapy, and the number of patients withthrombocytopenia with Yin deficiency accounted for 47.8%, P<0.01 inchi-square test, indicating that there was a significant correlationbetween Yin deficiency and thrombocytopenia after chemotherapy withovariancancer.5.In the sample,27 patients with ovarian cancer showed decreased hemoglobin after chemotherapy,and 48.1% of the patients with decreased hemoglobin had Yang deficiency,P<0.01 in chi-square test,indicating that there was a significant correlation between Yang deficiency and decreased hemoglobin after chemotherapy for ovarian cancer.Conclusion1.Bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for ovarian cancer occurs mostly in patients aged 49 years and older.2.Ovarian cancer patients with qi-deficiency constitution after chemotherapy are prone to leukopenia.Patients with Yin deficiency after chemotherapy are prone to thrombocytopenia.Patients with Yang deficiency after chemotherapy are prone to decreased hemoglobin.3.The distribution of TCM constitution provides a theoretical basis for the advance intervention and treatment of patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy for ovarian cancer.
