Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Deficiency Cold Type By Herbs-Partition Moxibusition Combined With Aifunuangong Pill

Objective:This study mainly observes the clinical efficacy of the herb-partitioned moxibustion combined with Aifunuangong Pill in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency-cold type,observes and evaluates its curative effect,and makes a scientific and objective judgment,in order to provide a safe and effective comprehensive treatment method for clinic.Methods: This topic included 36 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency-cold type were enrolled in this study.They were treated by the herb-partitioned moxibustion combined with Aifunuangong Pill.A total of 3 menstrual cycles were treated.To observe the improvement of pain degree,duration of pain,clinical symptom score and TCM symptom score after treatment.Result:The results of clinical treatment showed that the total effective rate of the herb-partitioned moxibustion combined with Aifunuangong Pill in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency-cold type was 97.1%.In terms of pain intensity and duration,the scores before and after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.01).The treatment method can not only reduce the pain intensity of dysmenorrhea patients,but also shorten the pain duration of patients.The clinical effect is remarkable.In the treatment and improvement of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate was 94.1%.It can effectively improve the symptoms of abdominal coldness,poor menstruation,accompanied by nausea,diarrhea and other symptoms.Medicinal-separated moxibustion can directly act on the lower abdomen and superimpose the effect of moxibustion and medicine to relieve the pain of patients immediately.Oral Chinese patent medicine little pill can give full play to the characteristics of dialectical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea in traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency-cold type is based on dialectical treatment.The treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is based on warming uterus and regulating menstruation,invigorating qi andactivating blood circulation.The clinical effect is remarkable,and the safety is high,there is no obvious adverse reaction.The patients are easy to accept and stick with for a long time.Conclusion: The total effective rate of clinical symptoms is 97.1% and that of TCM symptoms is 94.1%.The herb-partitioned moxibustion combined with Aifunuangong Pill can obviously relieve the pain degree,shorten the pain duration and improve the clinical symptoms and symptoms of TCM.The herb-partitioned moxibustion combined with Aifunuangong Pill has no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of deficiency-cold type.It is a safe and effective comprehensive treatment method.
