TCM Symptom And Ovulation Rate Of The Effect Of Herb-partitioned Moxibustion On The Navel For Unovulation Infertility Patients

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel for Unovulation infertility and to provide basis for further research and popularization for herb-partitioned moxibustion, this study takes Unovulation infertility patients as the research object treated with herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel and oral application of clomifene, taking the TCM symptom rating scale and ovulation rate as the main outcome measures and adopting double-blind,randomized and controlled study method.Methods: 40 patients with ovulation disorders were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The treatment group used the herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel, the control group was treated by oral clomiphene citrate method. Comparing and analysing the TCM symptom rating scale and ovulation rate of the patients of two groups before and after treatment, statistical significance was further explored.Results: TCM symptom score aspect: contrast before and after treatment, the treatment group and control group all have statistical significance(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the two groups after the treatment of TCM symptom points have statistical significance(P < 0.05). The scores of the two groups have all slipped down compared with before treatment, The hypomenorrhea, leucorrhea, lumbar debility, low-spirited, aversion to cold symptom scores of TCM in the treatment group are more significant than that of the control group. Curative effect evaluation aspects of the TCM syndrome : the effective rate of the treatment group is 95%, control group effectiveness is 70%, after statistics processing, clinical curative effect of two sets contrast, there was significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the ovulation rate of the two groups was no statistically significant(P>0.05), which showed that there was a therapeutic effect of herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel and western medicine on ovulation induction.Conclusion:(1)In the treatment of ovulation rate the herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel and CC all has good effect.(2)In improving the symptoms of TCM, the herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel for unovulation infertility patients is better than CC.
