Correlation Between TCM Constitution And Mental State In Patients With Cervical HR-HPV Infection

ObjectiveTo investigate the susceptibility of different physical constitutions to HR-HPV by investigating the physique and psychological status of patients with cervical HR-HPV infection and HPV-negative healthy women,to investigate the psychological status of HR-HPV-infected patients,and to explore HR-HPV.The correlation between infection,TCM constitution and mental state provides some help for the prevention and treatment of cervical HR-HPV infection in the future.MethodUsing the method of cross-sectional study,from March 2018 to March2019,80 patients who met the inclusion criteria of HR-HPV infection and 80 healthy women who had no other diseases and were negative for HR-HPV infection were selected as the observation group and the control group from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and The 3rd Hospital(Tumor Hospital)Affiliated to Harbin Medical University.Their basic situation,constitution and psychological state were investigated by questionnaire,excel database was established and imported into SPSS25.0 software for data analysis.Result1.The general conditions(age,education level,marital status,occupation)of the case group and the control group were compared.through statistical analysis,the results showed no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Through independent sample test,factor exploratory analysis and binary logistic regression analysis of 160 participants' TCM constitution,it is found that TCM constitution has obvious correlation with the prevalence of HR-HPV infection,and mild people have negative correlation with cervical HR-HPV,which is not easy to infect cervical HR-HPV;People with qi depression,qi deficiency and yang deficiency are positively correlated with cervical HR-HPV infection and are prone to cervical HR-HPV infection.3.Through the statistical analysis of the SCL-90 questionnaire of 160 participants,it is found that obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and HR-HPV disease have obvious correlation.Patients infected with HR-HPV have obsessive-compulsive disorder,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety and depression psychological problems.4.By analyzing the physical distribution of abnormal psychological states in 80 cases of HR-HPV infection group,it is found that there are many abnormal psychological states in the group of qi stagnation,mainly interpersonal sensitivity(23.07%),obsessive-compulsive symptoms(21.15%),anxiety(20.19%),depression(18.27%).The second is the population with qi deficiency,with anxiety(23.21%),interpersonal sensitivity(21.42%),depression(19.64%)and compulsion(17.86%).Again,the population in yang deficiency is mainly composed of interpersonal relationship sensitive person(20.00%),obsessive-compulsive symptoms(20.00%),depression and anxiety,accounting for 17.5% in each group.Conclusion1.HR-HPV infection patients showed a partial body mass accumulation in the distribution of TCM constitution,common constitution is qi stagnation,qi deficiency,yang deficiency;peace and quality people and cervical HR-HPV negatively correlated,not easy to infect the cervix HR-HPV.2.Patients with HR-HPV infection have certain psychological problems,mainly reflected in obsessive-compulsive symptoms,anxiety,depression,and interpersonal sensitivity.3.There are many abnormal psychological states in the spleen HR-HPV infection in the patients with qi stagnation,mainly in the interpersonal relationship sensitivity,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,anxiety,depression;qi-deficient people mainly have anxiety problems;yang-deficiency people mainly exist in the interpersonal relationship sensitive,obsessive symptoms.
