Study On The Characteristics Of Syndrome Differentiation Of Hyperlipidemia Based On Journal Literature

Objective:Through the journal literature,collect,organize and study the hyperlipidemia medical case,using computer software and statistical analysis methods to find out the characteristics of hyperlipemia.Methods:In the past six years(2013-2018),a total of 323 medical journal articles were collected for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Among them,there were144 articles that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and the syndromes and symptoms of 144 journal articles were collated.Symptoms and signs,syndrome,prescriptions,Chinese medicine,etc,establish a database of hyperlipidemia,use computer technology and frequency statistics to analyze hyperlipidemia and explore its characteristics.Results:After classification and frequency statistics,using the golden section method,the characteristics of the syndrome of hyperlipidemia are as follows:1.Symptoms of high frequency symptoms include dizziness,body fatigue,numbness of the limbs,chest tightness,fullness,abdominal distension,body obesity,loose stools,insomnia,forgetfulness,lack of food,vomiting,chills,cold,waist and knees Acidity,chest pain,etc.,can be seen in spleen deficiency,dampness,phlegm and blood stasis,liver and kidney deficiency and other syndromes are more common.2.Common syndromes include phlegm and blood stasis,phlegm and internal resistance,liver and kidney yin deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis,spleen deficiency and dampness,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,spleen loss and health transfer,phlegm and blood stasis,spleen deficiency and stagnation,Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,among which,phlegm and phlegm internal resistance are the most common syndromes.3.High-frequency prescriptions include Erchen Decoction,Shenqi Baizhu Decoction,Dachaihu Decoction,Taohong Siwu Decoction,Wendan Decoction,Liujunzi Decoction,Wuling Powder,Xiaoyao San,Zexiu Decoction,Chaihu Shugan San,Xuefu Yutang,Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction,Baohe Pills,Liuwei Dihuang Pills,which belong to the prescriptions are tinctures,tonics,resolving agents,blood-removing agents,phlegm-wetting agents,qi agents,etc.Symptoms and signs,syndrome,tongue and pulse and other information are basically in line.4.High-frequency Chinese medicine has 34 flavors,of which more than15% of the most common Chinese medicines are hawthorn,salvia,Alisma,Poria,Atractylodes,Pinellia,tangerine peel,licorice,cassia seed,Chuanxiong,Polygonum,Bupleurum,Astragalus,Rhubarb,safflower,It belongs to the traditional Chinese medicines such as digestion drugs,blood circulation and phlegm drugs,water and dialysis drugs,tonic drugs,phlegm and cough,asthma drugs,and qi drugs.It can be seen that the principles of drug use and the laws of drug use are basically consistent.Conclusion:1.The most common syndrome type of hyperlipidemia is phlegm and phlegm and internal turbidity.According to this,sputum,phlegm,turbidity and dampness may be the main pathogenic factors.2.From the point of view of high-frequency prescriptions and high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines,the treatment of hyperlipidemia is mostly dialectical treatment from spleen and qi,phlegm,phlegm and phlegm.
