Countermeatures Research For Prevention And Control Of Hypertension In Community Health Service In Xiangfang Area Of Harbin

With the gradual improvement of life style and living standard of Chinese residents,the incidence of chronic diseases has gradually begun to show a high trend,and has begun to receive widespread attention from all walks of life.The prevention and control of chronic diseases is not only a public health problem,but also a livelihood problem.It is an important step to promote the strategy of "healthy China".With the incorporation of traditional Chinese medicine into the national development strategy,the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and control of chronic diseases and public health as a whole has gradually been paid attention to,and with the promotion role has begun to show,promoting the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and control of chronic diseases is of great significance to citizens and society,and is conducive to reducing the economic burden of disease among residents and promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the public health level at the grass-roots level and taking hypertension as the investigative disease,this study investigated the current situation of hypertension prevention and control in community health service of traditional Chinese medicine in Xiangfang District of Harbin.By means of sampling survey and interviews,it was found that the prevalence of hypertension in key population,the way of prevention and control of hypertension,the attitude and awareness of hypertension prevention and control among key population,and the demand of hypertension prevention and control among key population,from community hypertension as well as from community hypertension.The status quo of other chronic diseases,hypertension prevention and control in community health service and hypertension prevention and control in community traditional Chinese medicine health service are discussed.The related problems are further analyzed.Under the background of national support and social concern,the PSET macro-environment analysis method in management is applied,based on politics,economy and society.The macro-environment of TCM prevention and control of hypertension and other chronic diseases is analyzed from the four dimensions of society and technology.The advantages and development strategies of TCM prevention and control of chronic diseases are analyzed rationally,and the integration of TCM into social public health services is guided.On this basis,feasible countermeasures are put forward to promote the integration of TCM into the basic public health system and improve the prevention and control of chronic diseases.The sustainable and healthy development of the cause of traditional Chinese medicine and the cause of chronic disease prevention and control will improve the health status of the social residents.
