Objective:By summarizing the clinical data of the constitution of patients with recurrent ovarian cancer and related influencing factors,it is found that the correlation between physical factors, age, staging and other factors affecting recurrent ovarian cancer.Thereby,it can provide ideas for increasing the survival rate of ovarian cancer, delaying the recurrence time, improving the quality of life of ovarian cancer patients, preventing from ovarian cancer and making early individualized diagnosis and treatment. Methods:According to the clinical epidemiological study, the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Classification and Judgment Table" published in 2009 was used as the judgment tables for the women from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University(The Tumor Hospital)from May 2017 to December 2018.A retrospective analysis of 40 patients with ROC in the third wards was performed on a physical questionnaire and clinical data.To investigate the general conditions of age, weight, menarche time, maternal history and other pathological types, recurrence time, chemotherapy resistance and other physical conditions of patients with recurrent ovarian cancer. The data obtained from the survey were integrated and processed using the excel form, and the SPSS22.0 software was used for data statistics and analysis.Descriptive analysis of general information, incidence, and TCM constitution by using the frequency table to cluster TCM constitution;Using ?2 test and Fisher's exact test to analyze the relationship between constitution and age, body weight coefficient, pathological type, recurrence time,chemosensitivity,CA125,HE4,and if P<0.05,it is statistically significant.Results:1.In 40 patients with recurrent ovarian cancer, the characteristics of TCM distribution are:yang deficiency>qi deficiency>blood sputum>phlegm stagnation>qi stagnation>yin deficiency>damp heat>peace and quality=sputum. There were 14 cases of yang deficiency, accounting for 35%,9 cases of qi deficiency, accounting for 22.50%,7 cases of bloody sputum, accounting for 17.5%,4 cases of phlegm dampness, accounting for 10%,and 3 cases of qi stagnation.Accounted for 7.50%,yin deficiency in 2 cases, accounting for 5%,a total of 1 case of damp heat, accounting for 2.5%,a total of 0 cases of peace and sputum, accounting for 0%.The results of the survey showed that patients with recurrent ovarian cancer were mainly yang deficiency and qi deficiency.2.Recurrent ovarian cancer TCM constitution is related to age, weight and time of recurrence.Patients with recurrent ovarian cancer over 50 years old were more common with yang deficiency(13 cases),qi deficiency(6 cases),and patients aged 50 years and younger with blood sputum(4 cases),followed by Qi deficiency(3 cases)and qi stagnation(3 cases);body mass index distribution was 18-25(27 cases),of which yang deficiency was mostly(13 cases);recurrence time was mostly 6-12 months(18 For example, those with the recurrence time from last chemotherapy of less than 12 months were mostly yang deficiency(12 cases),and those with a recurrence time of more than 12 months were mostly qi deficiency(4 cases)and bloody sputum(4 cases).3.There was no correlation between TCM constitutional quality and education level, occupation, menarche, maternal births, and FIGO pathological stage(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Recurrent ovarian cancer TCM constitution is mainly yang deficiency, followed by qi deficiency.2.Recurrent ovarian cancer TCM constitution is related to age, weight and the time of recurrence from last chemotherapy.3.Recurrent ovarian cancer TCM constitution has no correlation with education level, occupation, age of menarche, number of maternity, and FIGO pathological stage.
