Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Baihe Gujin Decoction In The Treatment Of Non-tuberculous Mycobacterial Lung Disease With The Syndrome Of Lung-kidney Yin Deficiency

Research Objective:This study intends to observe the effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction on TCM clinical symptoms,chest CT,pulmonary function,acid-fast bacilli,NTM culture and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with lung and kidney yin deficiency type non-tuberculous mycobacterial lung disease.To evaluate the efficacy of Baihe Gujin Decoction in the treatment of NTM lung disease with lung-kidney yin deficiency.Research Methods:60 patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chengdu Public Health Clinical Medical Center from June 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group 30cases.The control group received basic treatment for anti-NTM lung disease,and the experimental group received the basic treatment of Baihe Gujin Decoction and anti-NTM lung disease.The trial course was 3 months.Finally,the data is collated and statistical analysis is performed.Results:1.Research object:The study included 60 subjects(30 in the control group and 30 in the experimental group).During the test,There were two cases of shedding in the test group and 1 case of shedding in the control group.Finally,there were 57 patients who entered the protocol analysis group(29 in the control group and 28 in the experimental group).2.Evaluation of clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine:After treatment,the clinical symptoms of TCM clinical symptoms were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.3.Evaluation of the efficacy of single clinical syndrome(main symptom)in traditional Chinese medicine:After treatment,the curative effect of cough,expectoration and night sweating was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group.There was no significant difference in the efficacy of hemoptysis between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Chest CT evaluation:After treatment,the results of chest CT lesions in the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.5.Pulmonary function evaluation:There was no significant difference in the improvement of lung function between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).6.Comparison of the turns of sputum smear and sputum culture into negative:After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of sputum smear and phlegm culture and Yin(P>0.05).7.Changes in T lymphocyte subsets:After treatment,the difference of CD3~+and CD3~+CD4~+counts was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the elevated level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of CD3~+CD8~+Counts and CD4/CD8(P>0.05).8.Two groups of safety results:There were no serious adverse events in the two groups during the trial.Conclusion:The basic treatment of Baihe Gujin decoction combined with anti-NTM is obviously better than the simple application of anti-NTM basic treatment in improving the clinical symptoms of TCM in patients with pulmonary kidney yin deficiency NTM lung disease,promoting chest CT absorption,improving the CD3~+of patients and CD3~+CD4~+counting level.We believe that Baihe gujin decoction has a synergistic effect on the treatment of pulmonary kidney yin deficiency NTM lung disease.
