Clinical Observation Of Different Doses Of Triamcinolone Acetonide In The Treatment Of Acromion Deltoid Bursitis

Objective: In the case of triamcinolone acetonide,the effect of different doses of triamcinolone acetonide on the treatment of acromegaly bursitis was compared by observing the recovery of shoulder function,the analgesic effect and the thickness of the shoulder sag.A certain clinical reference.Method: From December 2017 to December 2018,the first diagnosis of orthopedic bursitis was performed in the Department of Orthopaedics of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital.The patients were eligible for inclusion and exclusion.The follow-up data was complete.A total of 74 patients were selected and divided into group A(The common dose group)and the B group(half dose group)each had 36 cases.Group A was given a conventional dose of triamcinolone acetonide,and group B was given a half dose of triamcinolone acetonide.The Constant Murley score,the VAS pain score,and the thickness of the shoulder sac in the preoperative and postoperative 1 month preoperative,postoperative 1st,1st,and 1st month were recorded.The results were statistically analyzed.Short-term and long-term effects of different doses of the group.Result: 1.There was no significant difference in the changes of shoulder function between the common dose group and the low dose group before treatment and on the first day,1 week and 1 month after treatment(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the first day,the first week after surgery,and the first month after surgery(P>0.05).3.The changes of bursilla thickness before and after treatment in the two groups.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions: 1.For the pain caused by acromion bursitis,joint activity and thickening of the bursa,local treatment with conventional dose and small dose of triamcinolone acetonide is effective.2.The usual dose of triamcinolone acetonide is equivalent to the effect of small dose,and has good curative effect on acromion sac.Therefore,a small dose of triamcinolone acetonide can also have a good effect on acromion bursitis,which provides a reference for the use of clinical low-dose glucocorticoids.
