Clinical Observation Of Tiaogui No.3 Formula In The Treatment Of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency

ObjectiveIn order to provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment of this disease,Tiaogui 3 prescription was used to treat the patients with premature ovarian insufficiency,and its clinical efficacy was discussed.MethodsFrom March 2017 to March 2018,60 patients with early ovarian dysfunction were selected from the gynecological outpatient department of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated Hospital.The patients were treated with Tiaogui 3 prescription for 3 months as a course of treatment,using the method of self-control before and after treatment.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical symptom integral and serum FSH,LH,E2 level were observed before and after treatment to judge the therapeutic effect of Tiaogui 3 prescription on the disease.Results1.Of the 60 patients,3 had normal menstruation after treatment,12 had more than 2 menstruation within half a year,31 had menstruation at least once in half a year,and 14 had no menstruation.2.After treatment,the improved kupperman score was significantly decreased in patients with TCM syndrome,and there was a significant difference by rank sum test(P < 0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).The total symptom score of the patients before and after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,and there was a significant difference by rank sum test(P < 0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).After treatment,the serum FSH,-LH value decreased significantly,while the E2 value increased significantly(P < 0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the serum FSH,LH decreased significantly and the E2 increased significantly(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.4.After treatment,3 out of 60 patients were cured,accounting for 5.0% of the total effective rate,17 cases were significantly effective(28.33%),24 cases were effective(40%),17 cases were ineffective(28.33%),and the total effective rate was 73.33%.After treatment,the total effective rates of patients aged 21-25,26-30,31-35 and 36-40 years old were 100%,75%,68.75%,20% respectively,showing a decreasing trend.ConclusionTiaogi 3 prescription can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with early-onset ovarian dysfunction,its curative effect is obvious,it can obviously relieve the symptoms of perimenopause,effectively improve the hormone level in the body,and the patients do not complain of special discomfort in the treatment.The clinical curative effect is safe and reliable.
