Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Androgenic Alopecia (Spleen And Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome) With Huazhitongqiaoshengfayin Combined With Plum Needle

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huazhitongqiaoshengfayin combined with plum blossom needle on Androgenic alopecia(Spleen and Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome)Methods:The randomized method was used to randomly divided 82 patients into treatment group and control group,with 41 patients in each group.Patients in both groups were given plum-blossom acupuncture on the scalp of alopecia area twice a week for 6 months.The treatment group was given orally the mentor's prescription of Huazhitongqiaoshengfayin,1 dose per day.The control group was given fenasteride tablets orally,1mg/d.Both groups were treated for 6 months.Before treatment,at the end of treatment in the second month,the fourth month and the sixth month,the scores of pruritus,greasiness and dandruff hair loss and hair growth of the patients in the two groups were recorded."SPSS 22.0" statistical software was used for data statistical analysis.Results:(1)After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was "89.74%",and that of the control group was "83.78%".The total effective rate of the two groups was compared(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.(2)The scores of pruritus,greasiness and dandruff in the treatment group were all P<0.05 from the second month and before treatment,while the scores of hair loss and hair growth were P<0.05 from the forth month,showing statistical difference.(3)In the control group,the greasy score was compared with P<0.05 before treatment from the second month,showing statistical differences.The comparison between itching,dandruff,hair loss,hair grouth and treatment was from the forth month to P<0.05,showing statistical differences.(4)Between the two groups,the itching,greasy,and dandruff score groups were all P<0.05 at each time,with statistical differences.The comparison between hair loss and hair grouth groups was P<0.05 in the forth month,with a statistical difference.In the second month and sixth month,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference.(5)The scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were both P<0.05 and statistically different from those in the pre-treatment group.After treatment,there was a statistical difference between the two groups of TCM syndrome score group P<0.05.Conclusion:(1)In this study,the combined effect of Huazhitongqiaoshengfayin and local stinging of plum needles was effective in treating androgenic hair loss(Spleen and Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome)and fnastomide control group,and there was no significant difference in total efficacy between the two groups.(2)The effect of Huazhitongqiaoshengfayin combined with plum blossom needle local pricking on pruritus,greasy and dandruff was better than that of the control group.The improvement of hair loss and hair grouth was better than that of the control group in the middle period of treatment.At the end of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups tn the improvement of hair loss and hair grouth.(3)The improvement of TCM syndromes of Huazhitongqiaoshengfayin combined with plum blossom needle is obviously better than that of the control group,with less adverse reactions and higher safety,which is worth further study.
