The Clinical Efficacy Of The Five-element Music Therapy In The Treatment Of Eczema (Dampness And Heat Syndrome) Based On The Theory That "Pains And Sores All Belonging To Heart"

Objective:Based on the theory of “Pains and sores all belonging to heart”,to observe the clinical effect of five-element music therapy combined with conventional therapy in treating patients with eczema with dampness and heat syndrome,and to analyze the effect of this therapy on the change of pruritus,anxiety and depression,and improvement of life quality,so as to provide valuable clinical reference for five-element music therapy in the treatment of eczema.Methods:This experiment was conducted in the Department of Dermatology,Affiliated Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between December2017 and December 2018.64 patients(60 patients were actually completed)with eczema(dampness and heat syndrome)were selected and randomly divided into the control group(29 cases)and the treatment group(31cases).According to the location and extent of the disease,the Chinese medicine of control group was treated with Longdanxiegan Decoction or Bixieshenshi Decoction.The method of western medical is combined with ebastin by oral and injection of Compound glycyrrhizin and calcium gluconate and vitamin C for injection.The treatment group was treated with five elements of music-feather music on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the eczema area and severity index(EASI),pruritus-visual analog scale(VAS),hospital anxiety and depression measure(HAD),and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)were compared and evaluated between the two groups.Results:In the EASI,VAS,HAD,DLQI scores,the treatment group and the control group were statistically tested,and the treatment group was better than the control group.A total of 60 cases of eczema caused by dampness-heat were observed.The total effective rate was 70.97% in the treatment group and 41.37% in the control group.Conclusion:Five-element music therapy is effective in the treatment of eczema,which can improve the skin lesions,relieve the symptoms of itching,improve the condition of anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life of patients,and have high patient acceptance and safety.
