Objective: To estimate the experimental effect of WHASTEDWAW (Warm Heart andSpleen to Expel Decoction and Water) drugs curing chronic heart failure mouse throughsystematic review, and offer evidence based medicine to traditional Chinese medicine.Second, through combination of disease and syndrome principle, the method to create theRat model reflecting Heart-qi deficiency leading to blood stasis and edema syndrome(HQDLTBSAES) of chronic cardiac failure was also researched. Finally, the curative effectof Qiangxin Particle (QXP) treating chronic cardiac failure rat of HQDLTBSAES wasresearched, too.Methods:1. Search for domestic randomized controlled experimental studies. Further,carry on quality evaluation, data extraction according to2010Arrive Guidelines, and Metaanalysis was also carried on the newest Revman5.2.7software.2.40SD rats were dividedinto4groups including normal control group, PTU group, ADR group and PTU+ADRgroup.6weeks later, disease index such as cardiac function, BNP were detected. Further,syndrome information including heart rate, breathe, urine volume and so on were detected.3. After ADR+PTU modeling, SD rats were divided into6groups including normal controlgroup, model control group, western medicine group, and low, middle, high dose QXPgroups.4weeks later, death rate, cardiac function, BNP, heart rate, respitary rate weredetected. Further, syndrome information including heart rate, breathe and urine volume aswell as HS-CRP, AngII, CA125were detected.Results:1.7studies were included in this review. The fatality rate, LVSP, LVEDP,heart weight index, and AngⅡ of model group were different from control group, which illustrating that the heart failure model was successful and related to RAAS activation.Compared to model group, fatality rate of treating group was lowered(OR=3.19,95%CI[1.04,9.75], Z=2.03,P=0.04),LVSP was increased(MD=-20.17,95%CI[-30.17,-10.18], Z=3.95,P<0.0001), LVEDP was lowered(MD=2.43,95%CI[1.59,3.26],Z=5.69,P<0.00001), heart weight index was lowered(MD=0.53,95%CI[0.24,0.82],Z=3.58,P=0.0003), and AngⅡ was lowered(MD=218.62,95%CI[19.33,417.91],Z=2.15,P=0.03).2. The index reflecting the disease and syndrome were best reflected inPTU+ADR group.3. The index reflecting the disease and syndrome as well as HS-CRP,AngII, CA125were improved by QXP.Conclusion: WHASTEDWAW drugs could improve heart function and disieaseprognosis, ADR+PTU was an appropriate method to create rat model reflectingHQDLTBSAES of chronic cardiac failure, Beside QXP could improve heart function, itcould improve syndrome index such as chest pain, chest distress, cold feeling and fatigue,furtherly, QXP might be an assistant drug to cure chronic heart failure.
