Clinical Observation Of Aconite Cake Moxibustion United With Addition And Subtraction Of Guifu Lizhong Decoction On Intervention Of Yang-Deficiency People

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of aconite cakemoxibustion united withAddition and subtraction of Guifu Lizhong Decoction and the clinical efficacy of Addition and subtraction of Guifu Lizhong Decoction only.Methods:In this study,70 cases of yang-deficiency people were collected from February 2018 to December 2018.The treatment group and the control group were designed by completely random 1:1 method,with 35 cases in each group.Both groups received health education before treatment.The treatment group was given aconite cake moxibustion,Pishu and Shenshu points were selected,and Addition and subtraction of Guifu Lizhong Decoction at the same time;the control group was givenAddition and subtraction of Guifu Lizhong Decoction only,decoction method and course as same as The treatment.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The scores of Yang deficiency transformation score and WHOQOL-BREF scale in various fields,overall efficacy,compliance and safety before and after intervention were counted.Result:1.Baseline comparison: There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,Yang deficiency transformation score and W HOQOL-BREF scale score before intervention(P>0.05),and the two groups can compare.2.Comparison of Yang deficiency transformation score: After intervention,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups before and after intervention was compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.WHOQOL-BREF scale scores in various fields: before and after intervention in the treatment group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;before and after intervention in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;before and after intervention,the score difference between the two groups was compared,the results showed that there were significant differences in the physiological and psychological fields(P<0.05);4.The overall efficacy of the two groups after intervention was compared:P<0.05,with statistical significance;5.Compliance between the two groups was P>0.05,with no significant difference;6.Safety analysis: No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Aconite cake moxibustion united with Addition and subtraction of Guifu Lizhong Decoction could better improve the symptoms of Yang deficiency in pat ients with Yang deficiency,improve the quality of life of patients.In addition,the clinical application was safe and effective,with high patient compliance,which was worthy of further clinical promotion.
