A Clinical Control Study Of Treating Tic Disorder With The Method Of BaiHui BaZhen Acupuncture

Objective:The research takes the method of BaiHui BaZhen acupuncture as the treatment method basing on the way of Clinical randomized controlled study.Evaluating the clinical application value of this kind of acupuncture method by counting and analyzing such contents as the scores of YGTSS for the children with tic disorder,safety of BaiHui BaZhen acupuncture method and compliance of this Special acupuncture method.Methods:The study divides 72 children conforming the inclusion criteria of tic disorder into two groups randomly.The treatment group combines the BaiHui BaZhen acupuncture and conventional acupuncture.The control group means conventional acupuncture group.Both of this two groups contain 36 children.The patients join into a 3 courses' treatment and each course contains 5 times' treatments.Counting the scores of YGTSS at 3 times including before treatment,after 3 courses' treatment and Follow-up.Analyzing the clinical efficacy of this two acupuncture method by Counting and analyzing the score of each medical case.Results:1.There is no statistical difference between this two groups such as the gender,the age,the course of disease and the severity of morbid state,and the baseline level is comparable(p>0.05).2.The two groups of children are compared in respective group before and after treatment:Each group of the scores of YGTSS after treatment are less than the before,the differences is significant in statistics(p<0.01).The two groups are compared to each other after treatment:The efficacy of treatment group is better than the control group by analyzing the reduction rate of YGTSS and the effective rate of each group,and the difference is significant(p<0.05).3.The two groups of children are compared in respective group before and Follow-up:Each group of the scores of YGTSS Follow-up are less than the before,thedifferences is significant in statistics(p<0.05).The two groups are compared to each other at follow-up:Both of the two groups have the same effect by analyzing the reduction rate of YGTSS and the effective rate of two groups,and the differences is not significant(p>0.05).4.The differences of the safety of two therapy and the compliance of two group'patients are not significant(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.All the two kinds of acupuncture therapies can get a significant efficacy in the treating of tic disorder.The method of combining BaiHui BaZhen acupuncture and conventional acupuncture is more effective than the conventional acupuncture.2.The method of combining BaiHui BaZhen acupuncture and conventional acupuncture has no difference in the control of the tic disorder children's condition in the long term compared with conventional acupuncture.3.Both of the treatment group and observation group have the same and pretty good security and compliance.The BaiHui BaZhen acupuncture method has a pretty clinical promotion value because of the the factors as easy to operate,Safe but effective and good feasibility.
