Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shugan-Lidan Acupuncture therapy for tinnitus of liver-qi stagnation type,and compare it with other clinical treatments.Evaluate and analyze its curative effect,and explore the correlation between tinnitus and hearing,anxiety and depression.Method:66 subjects with tinnitus of liver-qi stagnation type were randomly divided into two groups,33 in each group.The observation group was treated with Shugan Lidan Acupuncture plus Chinese medicine.Oral Chinese medicine preparation was given acupuncture at the same time.Acupuncture was given on both sides once a day for 30 minutes.Acupuncture treatment lasted for 5 consecutive times as a course of treatment.The interval between each course of treatment was 2 days.There were 4 courses of treatment.The control group was treated by oral Chinese medicine preparation only,three times a day,five days as a course of treatment,with an interval of 2 days.Hearing,tinnitus and mood were evaluated before treatment,after 2 courses of treatment and after 4 courses of treatment respectively.The curative effect between the two groups and the difference before and after treatment were compared.The correlation between the severity of tinnitus and the degree of hearing loss,anxiety and depression was explored and analyzed.Results:1.66 subjects were enrolled in this study.62 subjects actually completed the treatment and curative effect observation.Comparing the composition of abscission and completion of treatment between the two groups,which was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups: There was no significant difference in demographic characteristics,gender,age,course of disease and affected side between the baseline treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in TEQ,THI,VAS,SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The baseline was the same,and there was comparability between the two groups.After 2 courses of treatment,the mean of TEQ and VAS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in THI,SAS and SDS scales between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,compared with the control group,the mean scores of TEQ and THI in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS,SAS and SDS scales between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Intra-group comparison:(1)The scores of TEQ and THI in treatment group and control group were lower than those before treatment in the second and fourth courses,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Secondly,there was no significant difference in the degree of hearing loss between the treatment group and the control group after treatment compared with the baseline period(P>0.05);(2)There was no significant difference in the degree of hearing loss between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).4.Relevance analysis: There is a positive correlation between the severity of tinnitus and the degree of hearing loss,and the correlation coefficient had statistical significance.There was also a positive correlation between the severity of tinnitus and anxiety and depression(P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient had statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Effectiveness analysis: The total effective rate of the treatment group(83.87%)was higher than that of the control group(64.52%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shugan Lidan Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine and simple Chinese medicine are both effective in treating tinnitus of stagnation of liver and Qi nodule type.Shugan Lidan Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine has better curative effect.The combination of the two treatment methods plays a synergistic role.2.The therapeutic effect of Shugan Lidan Acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine group and Chinese herbal medicine group on tinnitus of stagnation of liver and Qi nodule type is more significant with the course of treatment.
