ObjectivesKnee osteoarthritis is a chronic degenerative joint disease. This disease mostly occurs between older people and heavy manual workers and is the critical reason that makes the elderly ones disable. about 20% of the olders who are above sixty years old have OA disease, and the rate of the people who got KOA disease is as high as 78%. It attracts much more doctors' attentions as well as the society's population aging, the longer of the people's life and the youngers'attention to another fashion, the number of the people who get this disease will increase in a straight line. At present, clinical treatment bases on the patient's education, physical training and losing weight etc. Furthermore, including acupuncture and moxibustion massaging auricular cavity injections, knee replacement and gene therapy etc. Though many people in or abroad of china have done a lot of studies, they haven't found a perfect method to prevent the KOA occurring, and the disease reappears time and again. This situation has badly influence on the people's life so it becomes hot in clinical and study. In order to supply more scientific theoretical foundation, we combine the Chinese medicine's Jingjin therapy and cavity Irrigation together and accompany with my own clinical experience. We observe the change of the pain degree and the patient's work ability before treatment, and after two,six weeks.MethodsAll of the Ninety six knee osteoarthritis patients come from the 2010 July-2011 February in taihe hospital rehabilitation families. In the 1995 rheumatism all accord with the diagnosis and treatment of standards committee knee osteoarthritis diagnostic criteria. This study takes Randomized method:we divided these 96 people into A, B and C groups and each group has 32 persons.Group A only use Jingjin therapy, using " Jingjin massage, Jingjin acupuncture and cutem therapy" together; Group B only use cavity Irrigation treatment; group C use Jingjin therapy and cavity Irrigation treatment.We should be observed the change of the pain degree and the work's ability among the three groups before treatment, and two weeks six weeks after treatment, separately. Discharged patients will take the Outpatient appointment or Phone return after six weeks to data the acquisition of the pain degree and the working ability. Results1. Pain degree comparison:before treatment, there was no obvious difference among the three groups, so It had been senseless to continue study, P>0.05. After 14 days treatment, the three groups before and after the treatment itself was statistically significant comparative respectively,P<0.05. Comparison:comparing group C with group A and B, it was statistically significant clinical curative effect, P<0.05, and there was no significant difference between group A and B, P<0.05; Treatment after six weeks, all these three groups have statistically significant comparing before and after the treatment itself respectively, P<0.05. There was also difference after six weeks treatment and 14 days treatment, P<0.05.Comparison:treatment among groups, after six weeks treatment, group C has better clinical effect than A and B group, P<0.05.2. Walk ability evaluation integral comparison:before treatment, there was no obvious difference in these three groups, without significant, P>0.05. After two week's treatment, they all have statistically significant comparative respectively, P<0.05. Comparison between groups, group C have better clinical effect than group A and B, P<0.05. But there was no significant difference by comparing group A with group B, P>0.05. Treatment after six weeks, three groups compared before and after the treatment itself were statistically significant comparative respectively, P<0.05. There was also different after 14 days treatment and six weeks treatment, P<0.05. After six weeks treatment, group C have better clinical effect than A and B groups and have statistically significant, P<0.05. There was no obvious difference between A and B group, P<0.05.3. Efficient comparison:the total effective is of the group A 68.8%; the total effectiveness of Group B 71.9%; the total effective of the group C is 90.6%. The three groups of comparisons, group A and B of efficient compared was statistically significant, P>0.05. Group C was statistically significant group efficient comparison, P<0.05.4. Safety observation:three groups of patients are perform according to the requirement, have no significant adverse reactions. Patients can tolerate, three groups of patients finished the experiment, no case for serious adverse reactions and interrupt treatment.ConclusionJingjin therapy and cavity Irrigation compared with others can obviously reduce knee pain symptoms, improve the patient walking ability, improve the clinical curative effect. It is the better treatment for chronic degenerative knee arthritis. It can quickly control clinical symptoms and surely positive, easy to operate, safety and reliability, without any side effects, and is worth for clinical to further research and extension.
