Objective: To explore the relationship between CyclophilinA(CyPA),other blood indexes which are related to cerebral infarction and the formation and stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques,so as to explore its correlation with cerebral infarction. Methods:Collecting the information of patients who were admitted to The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from December 2017 to December 2018.56 Patients who developed both acute cerebral infarction and atherosclerotic plaques which are located on the same side with infarction are regarded as the cerebral infarction group.72 Patients with atherosclerotic plaques(without acute cerebral infarction)are regarded as non-cerebral infraction group.40 Patients without acute cerebral infraction or plaques are collected as non-plaque group. The stability of plaque in each group was evaluated by plaque score which was determined according to the morphology of plaque detected by Carotid Artery Ultrasound. The higher the plaque score was,the more unstable the plaque was.Enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(Elisa)was used to determine CypA content,in the mean time, blood index data were collected from the computer records. We are aim to explore the relevant factors of plaque formation through the comparison of blood indexes between the non-plaque group and the non-cerebral infarction group,to explore the direct relationship between plaque stability and the occurrence of cerebral infarction by comparing the plaque score between the non-cerebral infarction group and the cerebral infarction group, and to explore The relationship between blood indexes and plaque stability by comparing the plaque score within the acute cerebral infarction group or the non-cerebral infarction group.Results:1.There are statistically significant differences in CypA levels between the non-plague group and the non-cerebral infraction group.(P < 0.05).CyPA level was regarded as a risk factor for the formation of carotid atherosclerosis plagues(OR=1.002,95%CI 0.824-1.219).2.There is no statistical significance between CypA levels and carotid artery plaque score(the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque)in cerebral infarction group.(P > 0.05).3.There is no statistical significance between CypA levels and carotid atherosclerotic plaque score(the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaque)in non-cerebral infarction group.(P > 0.05)4.In cerebral infraction group, the content of fibrinogen and glycosylated hemoglobin are positively correlated with carotid atherosclerotic plaque score, while the content of hemoglobin is negatively correlated with the carotid atherosclerotic plaque score, and these differences are statistically significant.(P < 0.05).Ordinal logistic regression showed that fibrinogen level was regarded as a risk factor for the development of carotid atherosclerosis plagues(OR=8.988,95%CI 3.017-3.422),hemoglobin level was regarded as a protective factor for the development of carotid atherosclerosis plagues(OR=0.936,95%CI 134.031-144.583).5.In non-cerebral infarction group, the cotent of high-density lipoprotein have negative correlation with the carotid atherosclerotic score, and the difference is statistically significant.(P <0.05).Ordinal logistic regression showed that high-density lipoprotein level was regarded as a protective factor for the development of carotid atherosclerosis plagues(OR=0.052,95%CI 1.237-1.364).6.There is an significant difference in carotid atherosclerotic plaque score between the cerebral infarction group and non-cerebral infarction group.(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The serum content of CyPA is a risk factor for the formation of carotid atherosclerosis plaque, but it is not related to the stability of the plaques. The degree of plaque instability in patients with acute cerebral infarction is significantly increased compared with the patitents without cerebral infarction. For patients with acute cerebral infarction, the contents of fibrinogen and glycosylated hemoglobin are negatively correlated with the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques, hemoglobin content is positively correlated with the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques.Fibrinogen level was regarded as a risk factor for the development of carotid atherosclerosis plagues.Hemoglobin level was regarded as a protective factor for the development of carotid atherosclerosis plagues. For patients without acute cerebral infraction, the content of high-density lipoprotein is positively correlated with the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques and was regarded as a protective factor for the development of carotid atherosclerosis plagues.
